He uses some type of cone like object under his suit that he wears on top of his head, some red underwear, and probably a home made belt. Sorry I couldn't find everything else.

Funny you should mention this (funny to me at least)... My son wanted to do that costume too. What I plan on doing is getting a silver morph suit in his size. From there, I was going to use a flexible rubber contact cement all over the material and douse it with glitter. I've used Devcon Rubber Cement on previous morph suits for a different application - this should be no different. Things to keep in mind when doing this:

• apply the glue in small sections. No need to rush it.
  
  
• if you are going to wear it and apply the glue, make sure you have a layer of clothing underneath plus plastic wrap. The curing of the glue gets hot and may come through the material. If you aren't going to wear it, stuff it with something so you get the stretch of the fabric when applying the glue and glitter.
  
  Only thing I have not yet figured out is how to keep the glitter from coming off eventually little by little. I think there may be a flexible sealer that can be applied.
