On a side note, anyone that hasn't had the double chicken chopped salad yet, please try it. Something about the banana peppers and tomatoes makes you not even need dressing (the healthy salad killer). I may get one of those chopping tools for the house. Found one

Take a look at Amazon. There is a Turkish company called Pirge who makes knives similar to what you're looking for. It may not be exactly what you want, but it's the best I can think of, stateside anyway.
