(Also, I love change back from my $50.)

I got the poppers from amazon, and I made the labels with a cricut! The cricut essentially drew the design with a black pen and cut them out. My florist provided the dried flower mixture (you can also get some from Etsy!) and that’s it!

Chonut:
2 eggs
3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1/2 c almond flour
big handful shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t Italian seasoning
salt and pepper

Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c powdered parmesan

Step 1: Combine chonut ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine. Transfer to a ziplock baggie, cut off the tip, squeeze into Babycakes Donut Maker until the wells are well-filled. Close the top, cook until golden. Step 2: Dip chonuts in melted butter, then into parmesan. Step 3: Profit.

I didn’t do macros because we do lazy keto and I didn’t expect this experiment to turn out so great! You could totally use normal cream cheese, I just used what I had. You could also use coconut flour, a different seasoning, what have you. Also, these measurements are approximations because let’s be honest: I just threw shit in a bowl until it was the consistency of pancake batter. Good luck!

u/banannasfoster · 4 pointsr/Baking

for the batter, I used:

  • 1 1/4 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk in the buttermilk, vanilla, eggs and melted butter just until combined.

I was planning on using my donut cooking pan, and was going to bake them at 425 for about 5 minutes, but i realized too late that I had given my pan to a friend to borrow. then i remembered that for christmas i got my brother this donut maker Sunbeam http://www.amazon.com/Sunbeam-FPSBDML920-Donut-Maker-Yellow/dp/B003TSB4M8) so i cooked them in that for about 4 minutes.

after that i let them cool, then dipped some in nutella, added sprinkles, and for the sugar ones i covered in melted butter then rolled in sugar.
u/GoodOldGoblin · 4 pointsr/specializedtools

It does and they're called Ebelskivers.

I fill them with Nutella or fruit and cover them with powedered sugar. So good.

It's suddenly presents time.

My baby sister's birthday is on March 5th. She's turning 9 and I need get her a present STAT. For christmas I bought her a mini cupcake maker, which she really loved. And I want to continue this trend of being a badass motherfucker. Budget is about 20 dollars.

Also, it's near Mother's Day. Despite how much I complain about my asian mother, I want to get my family together to get her a Barbour. (Yes, I've been thinking a lot about Barbours recently.) We live in Oregon, so it's not cold but there's an amount of wind chill and light rain all the time. Any suggestions for type of Barbour? I guess budget is 100-200 range. (Or do you have a better gift suggestion that's also utilitarian?)

I have something similar that works great but looks lamer. I think it’s this one

u/RotationSurgeon · 3 pointsr/Bento

If I'm eating things that are liable to spoil, I include an icepack, or use my Zojirushi Mr. Bento ( https://www.zojirushi.com/app/product/sljae ) for hot items.

As far as using your existing glass container, but wanting dividers, you might look into getting some silicone muffin / cupcake cups or pinch bowls. They're very affordable, and can be trimmed to fit your favorite container.

I'm into video gaming and nerd things like...the thing I've been obsessed with is Doctor Who.
So I'd recommend this Doctor Who : Character Encyclopedia

It's perfect to get to know the world of Doctor Who.

Something else I'm into is video games. So this online version of Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind is perfect: Elder Scrolls Online

If you're into food and disney, this mickey mouse cake pop would be good. Baking isn't a thing everyone likes, but it looks adorable, and who doesn't like Mickey Mouse?

u/BrakemanBob · 1 pointr/NoStupidQuestions

I'm wanting to get my kids one of those DONUT MAKERS for Christmas; both love to bake. I want to have some mix ready so they can begin creating easily.
Would cake mix work in lieu of making a recipe from scratch?

u/Hollyingrd6 · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

You've gifted me before so I'm not entering but congratulations on your new job! But you need a Mini Cake Pop Maker and some Long Moon Socks

u/kimchileee · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Pizza

Baby cake maker

this will not only make a great gift for yourself, because you can make treats for yourself but you can also use this machine to make them as gifts and give them away! Win/win!

Plus I have to state that cake balls/pops are very delicious. :)

And with the leftover money you can purchase all the supplies to make them!

u/fabybacenelson · 1 pointr/FoodPorn

You could try making your own! I've seen success with homemade batter and a cake pop maker!

And I have not seen that version of Star Wars but my favorite character is Jar Jar Binks. One is due to me discovering Star Wars super young from my dad and his character always made me laugh. I also really like him because I feel like his character needs extra love since he is not exactly the favorite character.

Thanks for the contest and have a nice day

u/UnluckyRabbit · 1 pointr/keto

I totally hear you on doughnuts as I suffer from an insane sweet tooth. Did you know, though, that you can make keto friendly doughnuts? I bought a doughnut maker and plan on making these apple fritter flavored ones and Craig over at Ruledme has these chocolate cake like doughnuts if you're truly up to the task of satisfying your doughnut sweet tooth.

YAS! i love munchies haha

munchies

yummmm

do want

also little things like this , this, and this are just cool to have around.

with the foods, i say its probably better to go to your local supermarket (or walmart) because those pies are usually 2 for a dollar there where as on amazon they're like 10 dollars for 4.
