I don't figure I'm in any position to say whether or not we'll be getting a new season or not, but these are the factors I'm familiar with. Keep in mind, I only really recently got back into anime so this may be kinda warped.

The source material needs more content to work off of. I believe its still being written so this would be a matter of time more than anything.

The key source of revenue for anime isn't in the viewings. Merchandise is what decides if it was profitable. I believe that includes tail and source material.

We periodically get OVA content. Its pretty consistently been an excuse to throw in a little more interaction and dress characters up along certain themes. I'm not sure the relevance of this, but that does mean that there is still content being created for it at the moment (assuming I understand this correctly.)

I can't give you any clear answer based off what little I know, but I think its pretty much entirely going to be based off of book, blu-ray, and tail sales. Its not much, but you can look into some of the other anime the team behind the show have made previously. I watched this one before Dragon Maid.

This is the one I got, more for side sleeping, but the pillow is hard, it does not collapse. I put a thin soft pillow over it.

I had the same combo of procedures back in July & the other 2 gals covered your other questions well. I recovered pretty quickly, surgery was on a Friday and took my last pain pills on Sunday. The worst pain/discomfort I felt was shoulder pain from the laparoscopy gas & highly recommend getting a rice heating pad like this. Its more effective than a electric heating pad as you can get it squished into the crevices and soft tissue; I kept that puppy heated up 24/7 and it helped immensely. Good luck with your surgery!

I have the snore harness too but I don't like to wear it. I use pillows, lots and lots of pillows. I have a pillow for everything. I have several of these: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007G4TVI0/ref=sr_rp_1?m=A32Y7HFRF7624F&ie=UTF8&qid=1458302510&sr=sr-1&keywords=neck+roll+pillow
They're great for the neck and when I'm sleeping on my side I slide it under my jaw too. I also use one between my shoulders when I'm laying on my back to open up my thorax. I swear one day I'm going to make myself a rotisserie foam packing box that conforms perfectly to my body like the kind you pack electronics in.

Not sure if this applies to you, but about a year and a half ago, out of nowhere, I started experiencing frequent - bordering on chronic - neck pain. I didn't do anything really, hadn't strained it at work or exercising (lol), I just happened to wake up one day with an incredibly sore neck -- and from that day on it would creep in time to time. I always used to sleep on a pile of pillows, couldn't ever get enough of them. Anyway, I moved from that to my singular big foamy pillow. Seemed nice at first, but then it seemed I had to sleep on my back or risk aggravation (and I don't like sleeping on my back).
Fast forward a few months, got a massage, still had issues. At my wit's end, I decided to purchase a memory foam pillow on Amazon. Since buying my pillow about 10 weeks ago, I've woken up with a stiff neck exactly one time, and that was because I decided to fall asleep on some heavenly feeling hotel pillows.

TL;DR: Not sure it will help you, but getting this pillow solved my one and a half year battle with a sore neck.

I have a lot of neck pain and my doc recommended a cervical roll pillow. I use a fairly flat, soft pillow and stick the roll under the pillowcase. It doesn't look like it would be comfortable but it is and has helped a lot with my neck pain. You can use it for both side sleeping and back sleeping. The one I got was this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007G4TVI0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/vanceco · 3 pointsr/ankylosingspondylitis

i've had my tempurpedic for over 20 years, and i swear by it. but not
at it- it hates that. i also use a memory foam "neck" pillow like this one. it's great because it cradles your head, and supports your neck.

also- as a side-sleeper, i always had a pillow to support my "top" arm. a good body pillow is great because it can be between your knees, and also support your arm in the same way, and at the same time.

sweet dreams.

u/marinaol · 3 pointsr/classicrage

What you need is one of these. So awesome.

u/capnwho · 3 pointsr/ehlersdanlos

I switch between back and side all night (because otherwise I get too sore and can't stay asleep), and this is the only pillow I've found that works for me:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IWM6056/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_a-bBDbBA6K1AS

It has almost no cushion in the center so that it doesn't make your chin go down to your chest I'd you're on your back, but the sides are high enough to support side sleeping, and the amount of cushion is easy to adjust.

u/MsYutai · 2 pointsr/AsianBeauty

I used to be a stomach sleeper, but I learned that that's the worst sleep position-- and it wasn't helping my posture. So I decided I'd be a back sleeper. Now I sleep exclusively on my back and my neck and back are happier than ever! Also yes my skin can breathe! Hehe

I highly recommend a contour neck pillow and a secondary firm pillow for underneath your knees.

The first week making the switch may be a bit hard, but you can do it!

u/Kc1319310 · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Getting a cervical support pillow like this one helped me a ton. They're awkward to sleep on for the first few days but you get used to it pretty quickly. Also completely got rid of persistent neck pain that was plaguing me for months.

Happened to me all the time. Getting a buckwheat pillow helped a lot: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0037NX61M?keywords=buckwheat%20pillow&qid=1453980520&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1

Make sure it has enough buckwheat to support your head and neck and kind of bunch it up towards your headboard. You'll be in a bit of an incline (but comfortably supported) and your shoulder should be largely relieved of the pressure.

u/galapagosh · 2 pointsr/sleep

I haven't been able to sleep on my side for months due to shoulder pain and was having neck pain with back sleeping. I've tried a couple pillows now but I'm able to sleep on my side again with this one. Yesterday I slept like 20 hours, which is probably bad but I'm pretty impressed that I wasn't sore even after that long.

I use the McKenzie roll by itself. I switch back to a regular pillow on occasion but if I wake up with a headache, I will switch back to the roll. I have rolled shoulders/forward neck from a long-term shoulder injury and I am still working on posture correction.

  • I mostly sleep on my side and I cannot sleep facing the right or I get massive headaches. :(

Personally, I like memory foam pillows

u/mymagicalbox · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

I have MS and heat is a huge problem for me. My neck and back hurt constantly(also an MS thing), so I need contoured pillows for support. Normally those absorb heat A LOT and make it so much worse for me, and I get huge migraines. This pillow I think would help me A LOT, I wouldn't have to wake up with huge migraines anymore! That's a major comfort. :)

Awesome idea for a contest, thank you!

  1. This pillow!. It would help me relax because of the memory foam. The memory foam would help my neck/back pain so I can relax when I sleep or just want to lay down.

  2. Anything light blue would be nice.

I just bought myself a new pillow. It's a cervical pillow so it has a little depressed area for your head. I really like my pillow, but I think any similar pillow should work well enough. I looked up and down for a memory foam free pillow so there will be more options if you're open to memory foam. Just to follow up with this, I tightened my straps and this pillow and the problem seems to have solved itself.

u/albertdunderhead · 1 pointr/explainlikeimfive

I had the same issue, i would wake up feeling like I had been pressing the back of my head really hard into the pillow. I got a cervical pillow , it has a depression in the center of the pillow, so it's comfortable for back and side sleep. It takes a few nights to get used to, but I don't wake up with pressure on the back of my head anymore.

You do have some pretty practical things on your wish. I'll try to keep my choices under $75 in case you really want something, that way you can buy it right away (or even buy a few things at one time)!

  1. This Pillow can be very important for you if you really need a new pillow and/or don't sleep well at night. New, comfy pillows can really help with staying cool, clean, and comfortable at night.

  2. This Laptop Cooler also seems very important. If your laptop does get very hot, or you can't use it on your lap, then you need this! This cooler/stand/lap thing will really help as your laptop will stay cool, last longer, run faster, and you can use it on your lap and on the go!

  3. Rechargeable Battereis are always very important as they save time, money, and the earth! You don't have to buy batteries all the time, you can have new batteries ready all the time, and you don't have to throw batteries away when they die!

  4. Got to have some NSFW fun every once in a while

  5. Nutella... That's all I have to say

  6. Music is very important. It is always good to have a decent pair of ear buds so you can always relax, jog, bike, clean, or do anything to music!

I may add more stuff to the list, but you get the point! Go for important, but also fun, stuff!

Surprise me and pick anything from my wishlist! :D
    Go Ben

Sleep Innovations - $16

Sleep Innovations w/ Gel - $25

I've had the first one for 9 years now. Still kicking. I paid $140 back then though.

Also, if you have a Costco near you, they sell pillows that have pieces of memory foam (like diced up) in a 2-pack for $10. They don't retain shape well, so you can't really prop them up or anything, but they're awesome for sleeping.

i know its on the expensive side, but it looks way more comfy than most of the other pillows ive seen out there.

I went to the chiro down the street this week and was pretty turned off. While i found out that I couldnt move my neck side to side worth a damn, he could not adequetely describe to me from the x-rays the actual ailment/issues so that i could fucking google it.

additionally, he immediately tried to sign me up for a 36 visit plan with an upfront investment and no discount over just paying a single visit at a time. To me this is used car salesmen sleezy.

Finally, he tried to sale me juice plus. Im a competitive body builder or was, and know all about nutrition. And these scam nutirtion systems are more or less made to rip off old ladies such as my mom lol, who always buys into it with 0 results

u/iheartpibbles · 1 pointr/AMA

Thanks so much for the detailed info! I will look up some of the exercises and syndromes you mentioned.

As for a cervical pillow, is there any particular brand or style you recommend? Do you like memory foam or suggest some other type material? And what are your thoughts on the level of firmness? I've been using a side sleeper pillow for quite some time that seemed like it would be a great choice, but hasn't turned out so well, I guess. Here it is: Sleep Joy Pillow. Seeing that notch for the shoulder made me think it was genius, but the slightly mounded-up corners on either side of that notch seem to sort of smoosh into my nose and chin. Again, I bought this pillow back before it ever occurred to me that simply putting my arm under the pillow could be doing me all sorts of harm in and of itself. Now that I know, it makes perfect sense, what with all the nerves being compressed and joints being hyperextended.

Thanks again for your advice. :)

Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow - Average https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015N45KDY It doesn’t look like it would be comfortable, but it holds everything in alignment while I sleep. I use an orthopedic memory foam pillow from amazon, it was like $20 and it has a sort of dip in the middle to give better neck support.

Can't remember the exact one i got, but [this one](Classic Brands Cool Sleep Advanced Contour Cool Gel Memory Foam Pillow, Standard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZHSX9LC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_S8hpybQ9JVQH3) is very similar. I've been using the same one for almost 3 years now, they don't get flat or lumpy at all like normal pillows. The only con I can think of is that memory foam is temperature-reactive, so its softer in hot temps and harder in cold temps, so if you don't have AC/climate control it could be a very minor issue, but I've never been made uncomfortable from it.

If you don't want foam, I also used this one for around a year before getting my foam one: [cervical pillow (amazon)](Tri-Core Cervical Pillow, Firm, Petite Size - 19"x12" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0010VMQDC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Z4hpybC5XRX4J)

It was also really good, but the foam one was more supportive to my super odd EDS sleeping positions. (Ever seen a cat twist into a churro? Yeah thats how I sleep >_>)

u/thermiter36 · 1 pointr/asmr

I used to have this problem. I like listening to ASMR with in-ear earbuds, but lying on your side on a pillow squishes them uncomfortably into your ears. My solution was to buy one of those as-seen-on-tv Total Pillows and sleep with my ear resting inside the hole! As for youtube commercials, you basically have to either tough it out or buy a Youtube Music subscription (which removes all commercials).

u/GetOffMyLawn_ · 1 pointr/ChronicPain

Pillows can help but they are not enough. You need to strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles and learn proper posture, sleeping posture is important. You might want to do some PT to learn the various exercises. Read about the McKenzie Method. There are books and YouTube videos. Modern life causes us to bend forward over our chests and this takes a toll on the neck. Learning to keep your head erect and shoulders back will help a lot.

As far as pillows go it's very individual. Something I love will be hell for someone else. I do get killer headaches from neck osteoarthritis and some pillows are definitely better than others.

Right now my favorite is a Jackson roll. It's a little thick at first but now it's a little flatter. Works great for side sleeping. I am 5'2", if you're a different height it might not be as good a fit for you.

If you sleep on your back then you can try a Tri-Core pillow, I like this for when I am reading with my reading wedge. It goes at the top of the wedge behind my head. I also use the Tri-Core when I do yoga nidra meditations, which are typically done lying on your back.

I can't use the Tri-Core for back sleeping because my head rolls to the side. You can use it for side sleeping. But if you want to lie on your back without head rolling then a Mooshi Squish works well.

I have a couple of memory foam pillows, including a contoured Tempur-Pedic and they're just not right. Plus in the winter they're too hard and too soft in the summer.
