First, the fact you used the term "Neo Wiccanism" tells me that you've done very little research into what Wicca actually is. You're a freshman asking for permission to enroll in a 500-level course. I highly recommend The Complete Idiot's Guide to Paganism. There's also a book for Wicca and Witchcraft, but I actually think that the Paganism book has a better breadth and contains almost everything that the W&W book does.
Second, you're asking for assistance becoming the kind of person who gives the rest of us a bad name. Wicca is about having a reverence for nature and using power for good. You're openly stating a desire to do the types of things that covens and circles typically exile a person for.
Third, you're asking to do things that are not part of Wicca. Yes, Wicca focuses heavily on channeling energy, but revenge is against just about every ethical code I can think of. While all paths lead to the Goddess, I have trouble reconciling how a person can follow a Wiccan path when his/her (apologies, don't know your gender) reasons for doing so are in direct contradiction to what Wicca is. It's like saying you want to become a carpenter so you can use a hammer to vandalize other person's homes. Using a carpenter's tools doesn't make you a carpenter. Using a witch's tools doesn't make you a witch. A reverence for nature and a desire to use energy for good makes a person a witch.

I would suggest going to "The Witches Voice". This is where I went when I first started learning about the Craft about 9 years ago. On the main page, there are new articles published every Sunday, with a lot of wonderful resources all over the site. Their facebook page is also fun and informative to follow!
Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner is a wonderful and inexpensive resource to consider! Scott Cunningham is so experienced and informative, and he has authored a whole library of great books. I am also quite fond of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wicca and Witchcraft, though I do not fully agree with everything it teaches. And that's okay! Remember that a resource is just another tool. Read all that you can, but don't follow things just because you are told that you have to. Wicca is a very personal faith, though some may claim that there is more dogma. Maybe dogma is right for them, but it could be different for you. Or maybe it isn't. Either is just fine. And like the others have been supporting, tools are just there to focus your energies and to encourage ritual consciousness. You are the most magickal tool of all. And I understand not having the funds. The library and google are both the best suggestions anyone could give! I can't tell you how many hours I spent hiding in a corner of the library, reading anything I could get my hands on regarding the subject!

One of my favourite and most referenced books is actually The Complete Idiot's Guide to Witchcraft & Wicca. It has a lot of great general information in it. Another one I really liked was Green Witchcraft, which is the first book in a set of three. I haven't read the second two, but this one has really great history. The author goes into some of her own history, her grandmother was Catholic and also a practicing pagan, which I think is relevant to to the ex-mo community.
These are both very basic books, and most intro/beginner books will be similar to this. An important thing to understand if you're going to read about paganism, is that witchcraft is a practice, wicca is a religion, and paganism is an umbrella term that encompasses many different religions and traditions. To be a witch one does not need to be wiccan, and nor do they need to believe in a deity (though most do, I am an atheist, however).
Another book that I have been lusting after is Energy Essentials for Witches and Spellcasters. I have perused a friends copy and I absolutely love everything I have read from this book. A huge part of rituals, in both pagan faiths and Christianity, is energy. If you are interested in that aspect, I highly suggest this one.

So my first suggestion would be Stalking the Wild Pendulum. This book really introduced me to the concepts of resonance beyond just using it in terms of musical instruments. It was written by a guy that didnt even pass kindergarden, but grew up to be a very respected physicist in his field. Therefor, he knew to convey very advanced concepts in laymen's terms.
Secondly, I would recommend Healing Sounds. Once I gained a an understanding for resonance, I (eventually) came across this book, which teaches you how to use it. Very cool stuff
Yes beats exist in music and also in nature! We don't need to quote famous rock musicians to understand this axiom. Music makes you move! There's no point in continuing this discussion as I respectfully find you extremely ignorant on this topic and going forward would not be fruitful to anyone. One thing I agree with you about though is that music can be used as a tool to draw people away from Christ and general goodness. It can also be a tool used for propaganda and a tool for marketing. The same things apply for language, TV, film, the internet, Churches, etc But I don't throw them all out because they can be abused.
