Not me personally, but I know a couple of people that have used oil of wild oregano topically with great results. I've gotten rid of a couple of warts with This one. You do have to dilute it. You can also try Oreganol which doesn't need to be blended with another oil. I use olive oil btw.

Hi -- if you are trying to get rid of rosacea, try getting this very specific product.

You aren't supposed to use it directly on your skin, BUT I got this a few years ago because I had rosacea, despite having a very healthy diet. I put it on a cotton pad and wiped it all over my cheeks. They flushed beet red and it burned like hell for about five minutes, then all of the redness disappeared. I did it again the next day. No more rosacea.

It's an anti-fungal, so if your rosacea is either fungal or demodex, this will fix it.

I don't know if your skin is as resilient as mine, so you may want to consider diluting it with either a carrier oil or water.

If you try this PLEASE let me know if it works for you. I have some theories about it and have been considering making a post on Skincare Addiction that offers an overview and a few solutions.

Good luck!

I’m so sorry. It SUCKS to live like this, especially as you know when you are not even DIAGNOSED... and with multiple concurrent illnesses. I really strongly believe in a serious connection between hormonal disorders for women and gut dysbiosis and all of my hunches keep getting confirmed with actual research. Have you had success treating your SIBO? These are the capsules I’ve been lucky to have great success with. https://www.amazon.com/Zane-Hellas-Oregano-Softgels-Concentrate/dp/B07HGFG9M3. I really hope your surgery is successful and that healing is in your future! I literally never thought I would be well. I based all my life’s decisions on being in pain all the time and I would literally just feel suicidal looking at Instagram and seeing women my age do normal stuff like exercise or travel or have kids. It felt IMPOSSIBLE to me when I could barely even leave my apartment. There is hope, even though I thought there wasn’t. It can be so hard to see which is why I came here to share my story. If I can even help just ONE person, I will be beyond thrilled. No one deserves this and living in the mental and physical prison of a sick body is truly not something normal people will ever understand... it takes a LOT of strength. Hugs.

Talk to your doctor (MD) about this. From my understanding, could be that your stomach acidity isn’t breaking it down. If you had no other symptoms , then try freezing the pill and taking them while they are frozen. Your body will work harder to break it down. I have seen a lady who has been suffering with SIBO for 20+ years and she took oregano oil pills and is now cured , feeling better, and less symptoms. The link for the oregano oil pills she used is this one :

I don’t know how to diagnose - I can only see the obvious in that luckily 2/3 are in range and one is slightly high. I’m not sure how sensitive that 0.2 over can be.
I’ve read amazing things about Dr. Tobias CandidaFX - I’ve been using his Pre-Biotic and it’s great. I haven’t used the CandidaFX due to being on another treatment plan already, but I would if I could. Try checking it out if you’re interested, and/or see if you can find someone who specializes in Candida in your area (I’m seeing both a GI and acupuncturist).

I was in a similar place. Take processed sugar out of your diet for good. Try to limit high sugar fruits and vegetables too. Try exercising to get rid of the negative thoughts, it really helps but you have to start and do it pretty regularly. And if you think for sure it's candida then try this "Dr Tobias Candida Support" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YCPY87U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YKZuDb982X1VS . Its working wonders for me and I'm shocked it actually works. Read the reviews as well that's what gave me some hope.

This is a the highest rated witch reviews on candida and sebderm. Works well.

You need this in addition to the anitfungals in combination because fungi are complex and can work against just one standalone form of treatment.

GET THAT SHIT DONE SOON.

Meantime, you can take Oil of Oregano just like a regular antibiotic and it'll help knock out the infection:

Oregano Oil
Neem
t.i.d. means three times daily, and b.i.d. means twice daily. I take them with food. I bought most on amazon but I think I found better prices on some in other places, but the links I provided are the exact type that I am currently using.

I had a major myomectomy about 7 months ago and it took me about a full month to feel like myself again. Of course, all our recoveries are different. I know I wrote a lot here, but just wanted to be as helpful as possible. Good luck!

  1. The first week you will have a very hard time getting around. Make sure you are recovering somewhere where you don't have to walk up and down stairs. If you do have to walk up and down stairs, make sure you have a friend or family member that can spot you for the first few days.
  2. If you're able to have a friend or family member stay with you the first few nights, this would be really helpful, especially if there are any emergencies.
  3. You're going to get super constipated. Make sure you're eating prunes or anything else to help in that department!
  4. Because my constipation was really bad, I weaned myself off pain pills and took a high dose of CBD oil in its place (of course, if you feel comfortable doing this). Charlotte's Web has really high quality CBD oil.
  5. High-waist panties are really helpful at keeping all your bandages in place. I really like these ones.
  6. It's really important that the wounds don't get infected. I took Dr Christopher's INF formula and Wild Oregano oil every day after I weaned myself off the pain killers. Of course, you don't have to do this, but I was really paranoid about having to go back to the doctor so soon after my surgery. I do believe this helped deter infections.
  7. The first few weeks I had a hard time getting in and out of bed. What helped me was to pack my sheets really well under the bed, and I'd use my upper body strength to pull on the sheets in order for me to sit upright. Or if you're able to make some kind of "pulley system" on your chairs/beds, this might be helpful too. You want to focus on not using your stomach muscles during recovery and focus on your upper body strength. Of course, having a solid core will help, but you'll be in a lot of pain if you're using your stomach muscles to get in and out of chairs/beds.
  8. Move around once or a few times a day. Just "baby steps" around your house. I would just walk in an out of rooms for a few minutes. Don't overdo it! Sometimes you'll feel like your pain is gone and you'll walk a little faster and then pay for it later on. Take your time :)
  9. If you have animals, I highly suggest getting something like this to help deter them from getting near your belly. It's also nice to have to catch up on work and emails.
  10. I wasn't really able to wear jeans for a few weeks. If you're a leg shaver, you'll have a hard time shaving your legs for a few weeks. While I normally wouldn't care about something like this, I do have to see clients at my job, so I invested in maxi dresses. They have super cute and inexpensive stretchy ones on Amazon. I also invested in some biker shorts to wear under the dress, which helped my belly stay in place, in addition to my high waist undies. Make sure nothing is TOO tight!
  11. I didn't have an appetite for several days after the surgery. Certain food smells made me ill, but you really need to take food with your medication. Get some saltines or Ritz crackers for emergencies.
  12. Don't lift anything heavy. If you think it might be too heavy, it probably is. Ask someone for help.

This is the kind I use, and I'm very pleased with it. Will be ordering more after going through my first 3 bottles. Here is a nice write-up about the benefits of the oil, if you're interested. Best of luck to you! Stay bright!

Wow that list is pretty much the same as mine when I finally went to see my local natural medicine doctor. He suggested Oil of Oregano with Peppermint. I had always been told to avoid peppermint but he assured me that this was a SIBO issue. So I took those every day for about 3 months and I've seen a 70-80% improvement. You will notice that your burps are a bit minty and that's kind of weird but honestly this was the only thing that worked for me. If you do try it make sure you get "enteric coated" and take with plenty of water. Here's a link to the product I used. https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Factors-Peppermint-Gastrointestinal-Softgels/dp/B000RGDVDA

u/mailsupport · 1 pointr/CrohnsDisease

Have you tried ingesting oregano oil? It has been incredible for restoring my BMs and is my main 'medication' for achieving remission.

There is some research that suggests Crohn's may be caused by MAP: http://www.crohns.org/map_food/dairy.htm

Oregano oil is very effective at treating MAP: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5615284/

I use the natural factors brand, the enteric coating is supposed to help it reach the lower intestine better: https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Factors-Peppermint-Gastrointestinal-Softgels/dp/B000RGDVDA

Thank you! I had used this liquid, which is lower dose and mixed with olive oil, but even 3 drops (half dose) slayed me. Agreed, most of the reviews are good! Just wanted to counterbalance your experience with my experience in case it helps someone start gently...

I’ve read that antibiotics are not good for fungal infections. I found an antifungal treatment on Amazon...wondering if it’s any good.

I would love to help if any way possible. Sounds like you have the food intake down pat. I did read your entire story. The teen medication started the trend of bad bacterial over good, or the good being killed by antibiotic allowing the bad to overflow. and then other antibacterials hurt your gut bacterial even more later on.

Ill share my story, from 20-30 I drank alchol every night, probably like 10 shots. I also didnt eat well, a lot of processed and fast foods. I drank a lot of energy drinks and downed bags of candy at night. Entire bags of sour patch kids (while going through a oxy opiate controlled habit) this lead to the build up of pain in my stomach and restricted morning pee'ing, and the typical loss of energy... eventually leading me here to learn about Candida (never knew about it) Pain developed around my belly button area, above i

Im going to list my top products that I purchased and have been using within the last 3 weeks that have made me feel better each day forward since taking them (not sure if only one is working better than the rest or all them working together). I moderate the dosing since all at once, so I make sure not to go overboard with all these together. After the first 2 days I experienced die off in the form of stomach rumbling and discomfort and a day of lack of energy. Luckily for me this lasted only about 2 - 4 days.

These products use Herbs and all natural food ingredients (this is very important) no chemicals. I think what you need is a little extra push from these herbs rather than just relying on your body to take care of the candida (which I commend your diet effort!)

Hey, I was trying to find some good articles and studies for you to look over but cannot choose. Maybe you look through the amazon reviews to decide if it's something you want to try out. If it seems good please read a few articles to know what "die-off" or "cleansing symptoms" of the infection would be like (diarrhea, headaches etc). I know I will be getting some of these, been reading up on it for a few days, very interesting!

u/brainjacked · 1 pointr/StackAdvice

A regiment of apple cider vinegar twice a day, Pro15 probiotic and CandidaFX helped me with Candida.

As for your stack, optimal cognitive function is complex and depends on the right balance of various neurotransmitters. Increasing activity in 1 system (e.g. dopaminergic) allows you to influence the balance towards that system and any benefits that might have e.g...

  • Increasing cholinergic activity, in my experience, improves deep thought, decision making and patience but hinders my ability to focus and immediate motivation.
  • Increasing dopaminergic activity improves energy, motivation and focus but decisions are made faster (less thought out), I lose time over-focusing on unimportant things and it makes me very impatient and irritable.

In your stack you are increasing activity in all the brain's major systems, which in my experience results in monkey mind/scatterbrain, not superbrain. Everybody's brain chemistry is different. To start, perhaps you should try focusing on each system, 1 by 1, to get to know YOUR brain and how you respond, what supplements/dosages are most effective, etc instead of trying to guess based on what you read on here from quackdocs like me.

This is a herbal supplement.

It's not an antibiotic by the way and ALL homeopathy is fake. Most ingredients are physically impossible and Homeopathy has multiple big pharma companies.
