I did a lot of holiday shopping and here's what I got!
Got this on sale and I love it.
P.S: Bought it from the store itself and not amazon.com

This Jacket in Burgundy
I also have a Calvin Klein trench coat with a hood in red from Amazon over a year ago. It's amazing. Light weight, super flattering. I get compliments on it all the time. The coat I linked is no longer available, but this one is similar and comes in a few different colors.
better then what i found, https://www.amazon.ca/Yuding-Womens-Transparent-waterproof-Hooded/dp/B00Z08G53S/ref=sr_1_29?ie=UTF8&qid=1509855831&sr=8-29&keywords=clear+plastic+jacket
If it's just a quick shower or a small chance I just bring a cheap disposable poncho.
For days with more rain or if I want to be out walking around in it I bring a higher quality reusable poncho similar to the one the cast members wear. It's worth every bit of effort carrying it around for the improved experience wearing it. Much more comfortable than those thin sheets of plastic. If you go the reusable route, bring a wet bag to store it in after using without getting your whole bag wet.

I usually wear sandals on wet days (tevas, chacos, etc).

Have a good trip!
This is definitely more function over fashion but Charles River has a yellow raincoat on Amazon. I have the pink one and it's a good raincoat.
Floridian here! You'll notice the locals, because they'll be wearing pants.
How heat sensitive are you? If you really don't like the heat, pack lighter fabrics (linens and cotton). An umbrella is a must. I bring mine everywhere everyday during the summer, because it will rain at some point during the day. Costco had great quality at a great price for small umbrellas.
I have a cute rain jacket, but I recommend getting a lightweight one like this.
For shoes, it's a personal preference. I'm fine with dirty wet feet, so I wear flip flops and wash my feet at home. I don't like shoes that keep my feet wet. I also keep a towel in my car to wipe down. These are my go to flip flops for walking. They are so comfortable.

Amazon! Not sure if this is the exact one but it was similar to this one.
I'm not familiar with Charles River, but I recently bought this rain jacket for a summer music festival. It packs down very small and kept me nice and dry. It's very thin, though, so won't do much of anything for keeping you warm.
Check out London Fog trenches. Last season's are on sale at the moment, and within your price range. I recently got one similar to this one, and really like it.
The meadows? I'll see you there.
I bought a can of water repellant spray that I'm planning to spray on my shoes and bag. Also have a poncho from amazon that looks pretty dope. RAINS looks so dope, I wish I had the time to buy it. Also planning to wear some heattech/airism stuff with a linen shirt.
Still thinking about bottoms..

(Poncho in neon orange lol)
Have gone all over the world with this rain trench, including Seattle rain as home base. Easy to pack, slightly stylish and very water resistant. Not monsoon proof, but definitely EU type rain will work.
Cole Haan Women's Single Breasted Packable Rain Jacket with Removable Hood, Black, L https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ETN3T1A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_utLYCbX0W437C
Good thing I wore my armor.
Looks like this is it
A quick google search gives me this amazon link. Its kinda similar, and only like 12 dollars! I cant speak for the quality though.
I usually wear pullovers, hoodies, or quarterzips in the spring.
If I'm going somewhere with a chance of rain, I'll toss on something like this
