Good news! You can get him some balls and it'll only cost you $20.99. You better hurry though, there's only 2 left in stock, don't let them run out his birthday is over, it's on the Wishlist.

I play Bridgestone E6's. I've gotten them used from amazon and they come in great condition

I got these and I was able to see what suited me. I ended up loving the e6 and the treo soft. I would say about half the balls were e6's, maybe 8-10 e5's, 8-10 e7s and treo softs were the rest. Balls were in pretty good condition, there were a few yellowish ones, but didn't affect performance.

I would highly recommend the Bridgestone line. I play the E6 and love it --- very soft with a putter and forgiving in the air.

Since you're going to lose a bunch, might I suggest this option?

I bought this bag, took the ~20 or so E6's to the course and use the rest as practice balls in my backyard. For you, it's ideal as you won't tell the difference between the various Bridgestones and still have a quality ball everytime.

Before you pull the trigger on the RockBottom deal, make sure you ask them if any of the balls are reconditioned. Those are evidently a POS from all the reviews I've ever read.

Amazon sells used golf balls. If you're interested in ProVs, here's a link for a used 50 pack - https://www.amazon.com/Near-Titleist-Recycled-Balls-50-Pack/dp/B00CK8TBFA/ref=sr_1_3?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1467211941&sr=1-3&keywords=used+golf+balls&refinements=p_89%3ATitleist

I've been playing the Wilson Duo Spin which plays great in my opinion. You can pick them up at Wal-Mart for $26/dozen.

Try these: 50 TITLEIST NXT TOUR MIX AAAAA MINT USED GOLF BALLS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PR8UL8G/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_Iwb8wb5RWEY19

Or these: 50 TITLEIST PRO V1X 2014 AAAA NEAR MINT USED GOLF BALLS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KY62GUM/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_Axb8wbWGZ9XWJ

I typically buy the 50 pack of Pro V1x's, and I carry a sleeve of brand new ones. If I'm playing a practice round, or chipping I use the used balls. If I'm putting or playing in the men's league, or any other competitive match I play the new ones.

Typically I go through 4-6 balls a round, even if I don't lose one OB or in the water, I keep my wedge grooves sharp, and the pro V tends to scuff pretty easy with my wedges (although they do spin very well, and I'm learning how to control that).

Usually the 60 or so balls last me the entire year, some of the scuffed balls will go back into the practice ball rotation.

I typically buy used AAA balls like callaway or nike which are like $20 for 50 balls and in my experience they have been good enough quality for me. I've been golfing infrequently for several years (I suck) but even though they're used they've been good enough for me
