Yup. I posted about it over here in r/ttc_pcos.
Biggest changes: knocked back my oil slick of a grease face. Ovulated within five days. It’s now in my daily cocktail.
I don’t really get dark hairs but the same thing that causes oil causes dark hairs. Just doesn’t work on me that way I guess.
I’m now on my second cycle of it. Just ran out and ordered some more from Amazon. My FIL was in the hospital last week and I wasn’t paying attention.
I got theNow Saw Palmetto from Amazon. .

also if you take it with zinc it is even crazier.
but the real secret to making enough egg whites for a meringue is pygeum

I didn't even know what pre-cum was before the internet because my body never produced it and its not something you generally are exposed to unless you're half-a-fag. I went from not even precumming to having my dick drip like a faucet with pygeum.
alright here goes my exhaustive list of stuff that goes into my preworkout! i love to research the stuff that works, and then experiment to see how effectively they work for me, especially on keto.

currently experimenting with:
phew! making this list made me realize how much time and effort i put into the trial and error of my preworkout. of course, i supplement a lot of this stuff with my other meals as well. as you can see, i'm very big on supplements, biohacking, and nootropics. i read up a lot on research in my spare time.
I use OGX Caffeine and Saw Palmetto Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as 320mg of this everyday.

Yeah, but did you get worthy results?
It costs $44 for a 30 day supply of their DHT blocker( https://www.advancedtrichology.com/products/dht-blocker-vitamin-with-immune-support-saw-palmetto-and-green-tea ), which is about $1.46 a day. Many people spend more money on a stupid cup of coffee a day. To me that is not expensive at all if actually blocks enough DHT to compare to finasteride and allow you to grow back hair, people spend $3 a day or more one or more just for one Starbucks coffee a day. I don't know why you think if it expensive since you probably know lots of people that spend more money getting caffeinated, high or drunk each day...
I looked at the Amazon reviews and alot of people are claiming results. I already checked two reviewers and they have have several other reviews so they don't seem fake. See:

I am gonna buy their products and try them myself.
Yes, thank you, I know about that issue. Is the Swanson's one good?https://www.amazon.com/Saw-Palmetto-Swanson-Premium-250X2/dp/B00QVMG5RI/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=saw+palmetto&qid=1573618272&sr=8-7
Ten bucks for five months worth? That's a deal, where's that at?
All the multivitamins I see that are actually worth it is stuff like https://www.amazon.com/NOW-ADAM-Multiple-Vitamin-Tablets/dp/B0013OVWWM
I've heard that most multivitamins are "fake" and have much less concentrations of said vitamins and nutrients than brands like ADAM. I used to take them but can't say I saw a marked improvement with cramps in legs and feet in general, but maybe I should try again. Also I don't know how true the "fake" multivitamin thing is, it's just internet talk.
