Vanity On this, I negotiated with the seller since I didn't like the sinks/counter/mirrors that were included. They sold me the vanity only for a lesser price than advertised. I purchased the granite for the vanity/tub/privacy wall separately.

Shower Tiles are 12x24 and were purchased at Lowes, shower mosaic tile at HD

*Flooring tiles 6x24 were purchased at HD. Grout is "bone" color and also at Home Depot.

The Amazon item you have there is meant for frameless glass shower doors. I would bet that the shower door you have is too thick for that particular item to work.

What your door probably had before was this. Attaches with tape, has both a drip edge and a rubber seal. It comes longer than you need, you would need to cut it to length with a hacksaw.

I used this exact thing when I lived in an old building with just a claw foot bathtub. The reviews aren't great but I really liked it. You just have to get used to being cold while you wash your hair!

This is what you need. Just get that old adhesive off, this comes with adhesive. I would use a level to make sure it is sloped down into the shower. Just slightly down, gravity will do the rest.

This is what I bought for the bench. It's already been framed and holds a lot of weight. I basically just had to install it by using thinset and placing it.

I think you could get a door bottom sweep that keeps the water from going through that gap. Below is an example of a piece you could get, just make sure you get one that fits you door's thickness and is not too tall. I imagine there are various styles available

You can get plastic shower heads that have a hose that slips over the faucet: https://www.amazon.com/Body-Moods-7653700B-Portable-Shower/dp/B000PSBVFK/ They aren't great but they're OK in a pinch.

There are products that do this. Here's one on amazon

I bought a one piece one for my door

http://www.amazon.com/Clear-Shower-Bottom-Sweep-Glass/dp/B005CW450M/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_2_2

Will that work to replace both pieces?

alright in my uneducated opinion we want to flash that area to slope back into the pan right. Thats already waterproofed. So I would just buy some kind of tile that matches the shower and build that space up with mortar to a height where you're near the inside lip height. Then cut tile to the width of the gap and set the tile with a slope towards the pan. What I'm describing would be pretty fussy to do. Or look for something like this which works for you dimensions. You Still might want to build it up with mortar.

Oh be warned... be warned. Such a thing does exist. When the time came to remodel my bathroom, I thought I would go all fancy like and install one of these gadgets. Got one of these with one of these to control the water. That part was not too bad. Would have been a simple connection to a classic shower head assembly.

Visions of a full decontamination shower danced through my head, however. Why not a shower head in the celling and additional heads in the wall? Next to hanging wall paper in the nursery, soldering together the bloody thing was one of the hardest challenges my 21 years of marriage survived. They show the easy part. What they don't show was the 'soldering template included for ease of installation', where you had to perfectly align four threaded pipes in a tangled copper Elder Sign. Many months later, I finally had mastered the copper pressure loop / nipple combo - everything measured out exactly and not leaking, with additional pressure loops to honor His Noodly Appendage . So far, the ward has keep the Deep Ones from ravaging my drywall. My sanity suffered greatly from dabbling this in forbidden lore.

Hi guys,

I am trying to get a new shower screen seals to replace ageing ones on the glass door on my shower but so far haven't found it on any of the usual websites. I could find some easily on the amazon UK website though ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/Shower-screen-seal-Glass-thickness/dp/B00BAUQYRM) but will love to buy it locally.

Use some bulb seal

u/mike6000 · 1 pointr/HomeImprovement

so you removed one of those single-piece plastic tub/shower/surrounds, correct?

i am looking to do the same shortly and replace mine with a shower stall + tile (no tub) much like you have done. is this the same type/style of product you used?: https://www.amazon.com/SCHLUTER-SYSTEMS-SHOWER-CENTER-STAINLESS/dp/B01D26B67Y/

any other comments regarding the shower removal/schulter install or any other details to be aware of? thanks -

What you're likely looking for is something like this. I used one similar to this decades ago when I had an old house without a shower. They're a compromise for sure but as you're a renter you're not going to be replacing a tub faucet as it difficult and expensive. Some have no way to attach the shower head to the tub wall and can only be used by hand but this one seems to have suction cup holder. They don't always work well however.

But where would I attached it to? Because it doesn’t seal to the glass. There is that metal on the bottom. I actually bought this one from amazon and I can’t get it in.
