Ehh its not as good as a concentrated citrus degreaser. Its the same thing as like Formula 420 cleaners except its stronger and cheaper AND is good for all sorts of cleaning around the house. I used to use Iso, stuff I use blows it out of the water.

Like this but if you go to like Menards or Home Depot they got a gallon for like 10 bucks, I get like 2 years out of a gallon, cleaning pipes and floors, stoves ect...

I've been covering mine in all manner of things for years and none have any stains aside from ink. Everything else washed out. Try spraying simple green or orange degreaser on any tough spots. You might be SOL for stuff you let sink in for weeks or more, but anything recent has always come out for me.

Typically I don't like to use Goo Gone on clearcoated paint, I've had a bad experience with that..

Ever since then, I've been using this stuff from Turtle Wax, since they are pretty big on not fucking up paint. Works like a charm, have debadged a few cars with it and use it on any sticky residue.

I would use these;

Automotive GooGone

Turtle Wax Label and Sticker Removal

Or simply, WD-40.

In the automotive paint biz we call that fish eye. It is from grease, oil, silicone or other contaminants.

Now that it's had a coat of paint it can be a bear to kill. Get something like Prep-sol
https://www.amazon.com/3M-Prep-Solvent-70-Gallon-08983/dp/B000PENLT8

(we called any brand Prep-sol, but there are many brands).

I'd wipe it down, sand and fill if needed then make sure to wipe again before re-coating.

Also can Google fish eye for more ideas.
