Comfort, Durability, and Non-skid. I reccomend against getting anything that it open heeled, or has a stapled cardboard/leather back. I wear the Dansko Wynn because of the padding on the back. Unlike most clogs, these were comfortable from the first minute. Socks, I prefer Wigwam work socks, or Dickies work socks. Look for something breathable, but with foot support, and a thick padding on the bottom.

Zensah socks. They sell ones with fun designs https://www.amazon.com/Zensah-Limited-Running-Socks-Anti-Blister/dp/B073211XDP

They are a bit pricier than their standard colored ones, but I usually get around $600 in Amazon cards every year between work and other things so when I do, I just put them towards new fun socks :-p.

All the hype with MLS players seems to be TruSox. They're crazy expensive, but you can get them on Amazon.

Another tip: Since your feet are sweating so much, instead of wearing a thin wool sock and a thicker outer sock, maybe try a synthetic liner sock with a thinner wool outer sock. I typically wear a poly liner and a relatively thin smartwool sock in admittedly bombproof mountaineering boots, but I've found that effectively wicking moisture away from my skin has always kept my feet warmer than thicker layers of wool. Sometimes there isn't shit you can do, your feet are going to be cold-- particularly when stationary on cold ground, but if it's so much of an issue for you after 30 minutes in the valley there's probably something you can do/wear until you become better acclimated.

Also, make sure your boots are completely drying out overnight and if not, maybe consider investing in some sort of boot dryer.

I had these for my last pregnancy: Vitalsox Graduated Compression VT1211 Performance Patented Training, Race, and Recovery Socks Pairs with DryStat (White, Medium) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004BKIPJS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ap4gyb4DZCJ1Z

Edit to add: I bought them back in 2013. Looks like they went up in price.

I just ordered these. Sounds like they have some heel issues but I'm going to give them a shot.

I prefer slightly thick ones with arch support. I don't like them insanely thick like wool or watever but I also don't like them thin either. The saucony ones are my favorite. They look badass too ha for when u take ur shoes off.

I only wear People Socks. I have sweaty feet. These socks make that not matter.

Here's the Tshirts, I found them in Walmart:

I don't know if they do the same thing for socks, but that would be awesome if they did.

The compression part is probably just the thickness of the socks. I just bought new socks about a month ago and they've already started to break down. They need to have more elastic. Most likely you won't get the range of sizes, so they would be size specific, but they would be great for sports.

You could look at how the foot works, example, have a strap of elastic around the arch, maybe even adjustable so there is support at the arch.

I would probably buy some of the Xtemp shirts and some compression shirts and do that for socks. Advertise them on motorcycle sites and health/fitness sites.
