Wow small world...yes we have finalised it. Actually we decided not to shorten our stay in Rome based on your comment! We did cut a day each from Positano, Venice and Florence to spend more time in Tuscany. Bit worried that the trip will feel too rushed but there was just too much we want to see. I look at your itinierary and it look sgreat (even though I've never been to Italy) just cos it looks so relaxing, especially that chunk in Venice at the end. I came across this book in Kinokuniya but didn't end up buying it cos we'd only be spending two nights in Venice, maybe you'd be intereted.
