I bought from them, the seeds are untreated, though they do have dirt on them, so be sure to still wash them so that you do not have to eat the dirt, unless you want to, no judging lol, if you like dirt you like dirt.

edit: Also bought from Seeds Needs: Vines and they were more potent than the ones I bought from Dirty Gardener (HBMG). So I would dose half a gram to a full gram more than what is recommended.

or Amazon, there's a bunch of reliable companies and sources that provide untreated. Ex 1 Ex 2

It seems like the dirty gardener doesn't have them on amazon anymore. I found another source on amazon but the price isn't as good

https://www.amazon.com/Heavenly-Blue-Morning-Blooming-Seeds/dp/B01N3BG7AO/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499892199&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=Hirt%27s+Heavenly+Blue+Morning+Glory

The seller "Marde Ross & Company" says that theirs are untreated, so I'd go with them.

If you want to be sure and get the same ones I had, the dirty gardener still has them on his website and the price is better than the amazon link.

Play with puppies at animal shelters, and help transport for rescue. It's win win, the dogs get help, you get to play with lovies.
