You could try a clip on fan but if you don't have a hard surface to clip it onto that would be a problem. I've never used one before so I don't know how good they are.
The 1200w would be fine in a 3x3, you wont burn them. Just make sure the lights height is adjusted higher early on.

Well I have 2 fans in there and a small dehumidifier that help with the temps, then I also put in a 1 liter frozen water bottle per day to make sure my rez is nice and cold. I have never had a temp higher that 83 degrees.

If your appointments are not back to back - say you have 15 minutes between each - the easiest solution would be to get two fans with swing arms like this.
One goes near the top of the door pointing out, the other goes near the bottom of the door pointing in.
You want to draw the high hot air out and pull the cooler lower air in. Cover the motion detector on those overhead lights and use a lamp. Leave the room while cooling.
Also, if the fans work, run a test with coworkers and see if anyone really hears anything over the noise of the fans. Maybe you can run them all the time.

Thats about it. You could buy a Vive And Chill but honestly, I just dont see it doing a ton with a real workout game. I know some people really like it tho, so if you're not a huge sweat person that might be something to look into.
Even with that though, I'm still throwing soaked clothes in the wash after a workout. :D
