Botrytis – A necrotrophic fungus that affects many plant species. It is also known as Grey Mold and Bud Rot.

Once you’ve identified bud rot on your plants, you need to act quickly. It might be hard on you, but you have to remove any and all infested buds. Bud rot spreads very quickly and it will ruin your entire crop. Use disinfected scissors to cut out rotting buds. Also be very careful not to touch healthy buds with your infected hands. Check every day for bud rot and cut out infected buds immediately!

Also I highly recommend the following book, "Hemp Diseases and Pests: Management and Biological Control", it's expensive but worth it.. You can also find torrents of the pdf ebook around if you look, but having the nice color photos in the hardcover book is really helpful for identification of diseases and pests.

Good guess, but neither of those. Doesn't get cold here at night in August. Also seeing it across multiple strains. Current front runner is a Phytoplasma/Bacterial Infection from Bugs. Growth is crippled as well here. But as I'm seeing it across multiple strains and sites, I'm thinking it's an infection of some sort. You can actually see it on the cover of this book. I just need to obtain a copy of this book...
