After having received my sparkmaker a few days ago and finally getting it out to set it up, i am having issues getting it up and running. so i am going to outline what i have done thusfar and hope that we an collectively, work to get things sorted out and have a proper runbook on getting the printer working. I am going to update this post to include new information and remove erroneous information
I am using the files i obtained from the dropbox link on the indigogo page that was provided by the manufacturer.

I am using a SanDisk ultra plus C10 16gb card:

The card was formatted as fat32, this card allowed for the firmware to update and complete so it seems to work fine. thusfar i have only found that you do not want a capacity exceeding 32gb and a read speed of at least 80mbs.

Once you download the zip file from dropbox, and have Chitubox running, you will need to configure the printer.
to do this;
Open Chitubox, expand the pane on the right, and click Settings.
in the settings window, lower left of the pane, there is a "+" button, click it.
In the following window, Find "SparkMaker FHD" in the list of printers presented, select it and hit "ok"
once you press ok, you will be brought to the top Settings window,
you will need to go to the "Print" tab and update the settings to match the following:
Layer Height: 0.1 Bottom Lift Distance: 10
Bottom Layer Count: 5 Lifting Distance: 5
Exposure Time: 10 Bottom Lift Speed: 20
Bottom Exposure Time: 100 Lifting Speed: 30
Light-off Delay: 0 Retract Speed: 80
Bottom Light-off Delay: 0
once you have made the updates, you can close the settings window, import a test model, add supports (if you want) and slice. once the slicer complete, click export and select the root directory of your SD card, name the file print.fhd.
Safely remove the SD card by ejecting it via windows and insert the SD card while the printer is powered off.
when the printer comes on wait for the button light changes to "breathing green". It will now be ready to recognize the file is available and start the print job when you press the button once.
this is as far as i have come as i am still waiting on my first print to complete, and i will update once i have finished the print.
for reference, it was pointed out to me these settings are located in 2 .png files under the \SparkMaker\software directory.
I have been getting away with just a black light bulb from Walmart. But it takes quite a while to finish curing.
I would go with that if you are going for the cheap. But you can find a couple options on Amazon for around 18 bucks.

It’s not so much the model that defines the settings, but the resin. I used Elegoo gray. Here are my ChituBox settings for this resin.
