That's quite a nice start to your merchandise collection! I mainly buy 48Gs albums, singles, concert releases and photobooks, so I have more experience buying those sorts of things.

For buying more conventionally available stuff like CDs, Blu-ray/DVD, and photobooks, I've used two sites which have served me well:

CDJapan: This site is all in English and is easy to navigate as a result. Pros of this site are:

• Entire site is in English, even the search
  
  
• Can choose the level of shipping desired ranging from cheaper but much slower shipping to the fastest but most expensive level
  
  
• Pretty good customer support in my experience, with good English support.
  
  
• Can help you order stuff which does not ship outside Japan and will act as a forwarding service for you (for a fee of course and requires EMS)
  
  Downsides are:
  
  
• A bit of a markup (~10-15% in my experience). Take for example, HKT48's upcoming concert release. CDjapan has this available for ￥11,000. Amazon Japan has this for ￥8791. For high price items, the markup can make going through Amazon Japan cheaper (not to mention faster shipping to boot).
  
  Amazon Japan is a very good source as well. They do have the site partially translated into English meaning that the major things are translated into English like navigating menus, and the screens you'd come accross when placing an order. Everything else is of course in Japanese but it's not hard to understand.
  
  Pros of this site:
  
  
• As I already gave an example when discussing CDJapan, lower prices on their items.
  
  
• Their shipping is very fast and shipping can take as short as 3 days (when I lived in areas that DHL had offices directly in) and as long as 6 days (this applies to where I'm living now, since there is no DHL branch in my city).
  
  Downsides:
  
  
• Only one level of shipping available. This means that ordering one or two things can be prohibitively expensive thanks to shipping. Once you make it a large order then it becomes better value. For example, here is an example order of mine with personal details crossed out.

Here's what I found: Shoot Sign, Heavy Rotation, Aitakatta.

It seems that Aitakatta doesn't have multiple versions. Here is a link to the one I found on Amazon. When you search Aitakatta, other group versions come up if you want to check those out. Hope this helps!

The first one isn't Kibouteki Refrain, it's the new album that's coming out in January. The second one should be the one that you're looking for. I'm not sure about the third, but that might be theatre version, the one without the DVD of the PVs.

I'm sure you know that there are different types for this single?
The second link is type A and includes Ima, Happy (baragumi) and Juujun na Slave (Team A).
The third link seems to be a bogus type, not sure what that is for but I don't think you can buy.
