Do you have a link to the card dividers?

I actually redid my setup last night with the expansions all in one box. I used a smaller plano box that holds the tokens etc. that are used while playing, except for the health and sanity tokens, which I put in a different big cup, so people can pass that around when fixing their values, since those change the most often.

I used a monster pouch for the monster tiles(I bought a whole bunch of extra fantasy flight plastic stands, and filed off the grippy tab part on the inside, so they don't tear up the tokens anymore, and the tokens just slip right in), and another pouch to hold gates and clues. Since both these are pulled at random, and clues are a way different size than gates, I figure this will work nice. I have minis for all the investigators, so those all fit in another little box. Finally, I put all the mini cards in a couple of zip-locs(could maybe get a couple of small little boxes for these too), and plop in the GOO and investigator cards under the plano(use these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PNJSRG/ to sleeve those big cards).

Like you, I couldn't quite find a good way to make all the big cards fit though, without them pushing on the top of the box. What I decided to do is take all the encounter, mystery, clue, etc. (all the big cards), and put them in a normal white cardboard deck box(that doesn't go into the main game box), that is the perfect length. Then I can just pull out the cards that are needed for a given game.

I'd really like to separate them with some dividers though, and I'd like to find a replacement for the white deck box that's a bit more thematic too. Any suggestions? I'll post some pics later.

Business card holders that you can get at an office supply store for $3 make card management much easier and reduce the footprint of the game. Like this: http://www.amazon.com/deflect-Eight-Pocket-Business-Capacity-70801/dp/B000093ING

I found this awhile back and have been using it. i really like it. However, its probably not the best option if you never plan on expanding. (The tackle box on Amazon)
