I have had very good results with P, and I am more than willing to share whatever I can in hope others may have the same experience.

The main areas of physical feminization that seem to have been ramped up since starting P was after a couple of months. That's when I started noticing fat distribution (mostly in my butt and hips), and breast growth. After three months, I started noticing head hair growth. On day five, my breast are noticeably larger. And even though the swelling eventually goes down, there is still breast growth happening. I used the cream on my smaller breast for several months, and now my breasts are actually pretty equal in size now. And very soft… Progesterone cream is actually really good for your skin that doesn't have hair growing on it.

Even if I didn't have the physical feminization that I have, I would still continue taking it just for the emotional effects. The drop in mood I used to have on day five has been completely removed.

>1. When you say throughout the day do you mean you administer 200mgx5 times over the course of the day or something?

On day four, I take (rectally) 400mg at 9am, then 200mg at 12 noon, 3pm, and 6pm. That gives each capsule a chance to release their dose before the next one is inserted. This schedule can be a pain if I am not home those hours. So I carry the capsules around in an ice breakers mints case in my purse.

>2. Anybody else doing this that you're aware of? Just trying to get lots of opinions at this stage but your theory is appealing, I really don't want to inhibit E.

I have talked with only one other woman who is doing something similar, but not exactly like I am. Plus I've been down voted when sharing this but it hasn't stopped me. Especially when I start talking about using progesterone cream in my skin care regimen.

I can't believe how well this has worked for me, and I can't believe this wouldn't work for others as well. It's impossible to overdose on progesterone. I've taken double that dosage, and I ended up with morning sickness the next day that just lasted 24 hours then I was happy as could be…

>3. If your P cream was OTC, care to share the brand?

I am on my fifth bottle of this. If you do get this brand, when it runs out, cut the bottle open, and there is more you can still use up near the top.

If you have any other questions, or more details I'll be glad to share, one is pretty funny. 💕E

Was looking into this more.

>To be effective, the autoclave must reach and maintain a temperature of 121° C for at least 30 minutes by using saturated steam under at least 15 psi of pressure. Increased cycle time may be necessary depending upon the make-up and volume of the load. (link)

As explained here, it would seem that a high quality standard US pressure cooker should reach such a pressure - but that an EU one could be slightly short of it. I would think a cooker with a pressure gauge on it would be best. This looks like a super high quality model, though this one looks more affordable!

A sports bra is great for those early stages when there are nipple changes and later when breast buds start forming. (You mentioned binders in your headline but didn’t in the text of your post, but they are definitely not the way to go; binders can damage breast tissue that’s developing.)

One potential pitfall of wearing a sports bra under a just a T-shirt is the lines of the bra will very likely be visible. What I found that worked for me were compression workout tanks. You can usually find sleeveless compression tops in the men’s department at sporting goods stores. I got women’s tanks from Amazon that didn’t have the usual women’s style racerback (link (no longer available)) Racerback lines can also be a problem since they’re most often associated with women’s workout wear.

As someone who went through this in Texas, double layers with a compression tee under my regular shirts were not a problem at all for me. You also have the advantage of cooler weather coming soon. Hoodies and sweatshirts are your friends, even in the mild winters of the South.

There are these tiny medicine containers you can get from Amazon or Walmart that are the size of quarters. They can store like 5-6 pills. I can be very forgetful sometimes, so I just put a few extra pills in there that I just keep in my bag/purse forever and don't touch unless I forget or I'm out somewhere for a while. They're so small, I don't even bother taking them out unless I need to replace pills. Sure has saved me a couple of times. Might help you for next time.
