Here's a few pictures of the battery.

1. Its dimensions are about 59.5 x 36.5 x 3.75mm
   
2. It seems to be 3.7V and 970mah
   
3. The distance between the connectors on the pin is 1mm
   
4. We'd want to greatly exceed 970mah (see 2), but my rough measurements indicate very little clearance between the existing battery and the back panel
   
   For instance, a quick search shows this candidate 1800mAh battery, but it's almost 3mm thicker than the existing battery (and would need a new connector). That's probably enough extra bulk that we would need to 3D print a new back cover or find a different attachment solution.
   
   If you find a better alternative, I'd be interested!

Yeah, it's very portable. I just put mine inside a slide-in glasses soft case, and it's survives wherever I've taken it.

and i recommend u3 because of how much quicker it is to flash firmware from scratch as well as copying large files

i don't have a larger card, so I'm not sure of the max supported size

I tried using etcher to flash this to a fresh 16gb sd card and was getting the error "source and destination checksums do not match" after the process completed. It created four partitions on the card and two seem unaccessible. Am I doing something wrong? I'm new to this and I haven't received my PocketGo yet, but I'm trying to get my card prepared.
