I do! Got a little set from Amazon for just this purpose. I dab a bit of olive oil in the pan before cooking, set to flame to very low, add eggs, and cover with a lid from another pan (so sunny-side up, but covered). When I think there's ~2 minutes left, I throw in the slice of ham and cheese on top and recover.
I also bought these pans for baking the eggs (so I can do a scramble and turn it into a sandwich), though they take about 20 minutes to bake...and I'm usually pretty hungry in the morning and not that patient.
Grip works wonders - does well with heat. Bought mine off of Amazon. Here's the Canadian link
