Do you think they'll put up an online code option, so that people can dodge the shipping cost? (and preload so they're ready to go ASAP...)
I see there's an online code option for the PC version, but that's for April 12 which obviously we don't care about.
Possible alternative; it says "out of stock" but that may be because the game isn't out yet.
Failing that, there's still the option of just buying PSN credits and using the store from the PS4. (5k Yen
