That's great! You can look up the kefir process but the TLDR of it is buy the grains and a plastic strainer, needs to be plastic. Put the grains in a sealable jar with milk. It has to be grass fed whole milk but most stores seem have that now. Set out for 14-20 hours to ferment and then put in the fridge overnight. Strain it out and you can just repeat the process to keep making it!
