ha ha! Listen to every podcast...the more people listen to internet radio, the better for all of us.

By the way, I bought a shower speaker so I can listen to O&J in the morning while I clean my nuts and glans.

I think it was this one: http://www.amazon.com/SoundBot®-SB510-Resistant-Bluetooth-Speakerphone/dp/B00IGUUYTI/ref=sr_1_2?s=mp3&ie=UTF8&qid=1411346379&sr=1-2&keywords=bluetooth+shower+speaker

anyway, without listening to this whole thing, is there a link, or can you summarize what he said?

Don't "suck" them out. Flush them out with an irrigation syringe or a water pick. Get some of these, cut the tips 1/2 way so the opening is wider and more forgiving and then burn the tip quickly with a lighter to get rid of any sharp edges or burrs...

Then fill a glass with some warm water and suck it up and then get that tip right in the openings of your tonsil and push slowly at first until you get the right pressure...Fill and repeat... I get little ones mostly on one side and you can "feel" when they are forming. They use to get tic-tac big before I started doing this ages ago. I had no idea where bad breath kept coming from until I popped one out with my finger because I saw it in the mirror with a flashlight. Man do I hate them but it's 1000x better now that I actively rinse out 2 to 3 times a week or after eating dusty/flaky meals...Sometimes I can't wait to get in there and clean it out. Such a relief...

The author is Vinnie Tortorich, and I think this is the book they've all been referring to.
