This appears to be keratosis pilaris, and there are a lot of things you can do to improve the appearance of your skin.

  • Gold Bond Rough & Bumpy twice a day; works via AHA and BHA acid chemical exfoliators. Easy to find in Walmart and drugstores.
  • Get yourself a shower scrub towel (like this one) and a moisturizing soap to put on it, and physically rub & exfoliate your skin in the shower. (I like Yardley Oatmeal and Almond soap bc it's gentle, but use whatever works for you.) You can do this anywhere between once a day and every couple of days depending on how sensitive your skin is.
  • And yes, fasting. Both water and dry. Though tbh I would use one or both of the above methods in combination with any sort of fasting to see faster results.

Edit: There are increasingly more invasive treatments you can use if the first basic approach doesn't work-- for example: stronger chemical peels, retinols, ultrasonic skin scrubbling, and microneedling. These are usually only used for either deeper acne/burn scarring or the pursuit of absolute perfection in one's face. However, if you combine a basic skincare routine with any sort of fasting, your skin will probably drastically improve.

Hi Stellarton easiest way to start is $1 distilled waters from stores with recently bottled dates, you dont want to drink some distilled waters that have been sitting in plastic bottles for months, just check the date on the bottle.

You can buy a Distiller for $200 for a 2-4 gallon a day personal water purifier , or $500-$1000 one that can do 8-12 gallons of Distileld water at home these machines have only a voc filter to exchange once every few months, and is esay to maintain compared to RO machines/filters.

As far as descriptions and frequently asked questions about Pure Distilled water I provided a few links below.

Also for best effects 1 gallon a day or more is recommended depending on body size, 200lbs + I would do 1-1.5 gallons+

Keep in mind 99% of websites that describe distilled waters are misguided and errors in describing the full benefits and false negatives, specifically regarding the loss of minerals and electrolytes, remember distilled water does take away minerals from your body but the inorganic toxic kind, not the bio available organic minerals found in food.

This is from Dr. Ron Kennedy and the Anti-Aging Medicine Clinic:

It is true that the body needs minerals. However, your body is not dependant on minerals from water. For a mineral to be useful to the body it must be in a form in which it can be taken up by its matching enzyme
"There is only one way a mineral can be utilized by an enzyme":, says Dr Ron Kennedy, and that is when it is delivered to its enzyme by an organic molecule.

I also have a traction dangling bulge in my basement like this: https://www.amazon.com/Back-Bubble-Spinal-Decompression-Relief/dp/B01LMOS1SU It is incredibly easy to make one for about 30 times less than what they want to charge you. Use your imagination and creativity. A large sheet and some pillows and/or old sleeping bag and a rope and a place to tie it is all that you need.

The traction action should be dangle for a second or so with deep relaxation, and then stand for a second or so, repeat 11 more times. This enables the bad stuff (inflammation, etc) to come out and the good stuff (blood, oxygen, nutrients, etc) to get in. Just hanging or dangling for a long period of time is an idea that only very unimaginative people would come up with. You want to pump the bad stuff out while sucking the good stuff in, and you want to do this many times. I do it 12 times.

Also, yoga helps. I do very strong twists back and forth along the 3 axes possible so my back gets a thorough stretch in every possible direction. I do this every day without fail.

Also buying one of these and using it every day would be a good idea.

I got in the habit of doing these things and my back problems disappeared.

Good, go for it

What I do is that I have a unique keyed lock on my kitchen and a kitchensafe time lock: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00JGFQTD2/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=kitchensafe&qid=1572140075&sr=8-1&th=1

I put my payment cards in there and the keys to the kitchen as well. I set the timer to 24 hours + whatever is needed to get to 6 a.m. which is the hour I usually wake up for.

When the timer lock unlocks I also weigh myself for that day and pick out my clothes. If I hit my BF% or if I am satisfied with the amount of time that I spent fasting then I take the key and cards out.

If I want to continue I simply set the timer to ca 24h again. 篓

Its pretty good because I reinforce the commitment every day but I have only tested it for under a week now.

I am going to commit to a goal based dry fast right now and I am planning on using that organization to motivate myself through it.

I'd prefer to have a safe that simply opens between 6:00 am and 6:10 am but I havent found that yet.

The early time is important because all of the stores around here are closed at that hour. If I want to eat then I have to eat the veggies and meat that I have available in the kitchen. Its less of a temptation to pop off to the corner store for a cheat meal.

I wanted strips that had ketones and specific gravity and these where the best deal I could find. I'm relatively healthy for a fat dirty pig so 99% of the time all the indicators are negative, but it's informative and fun keeping tabs.
