I use Albolene. It's a makeup remover that you can buy at like WallGreens Pharmacy in the Beauty Care Section.
Its primary ingredients are: Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, and Beta Carotene.
Seriously... Someone mentioned this stuff deep in the bowls of www.jackinworld.com re: Sex Toys and/or Lube Recipes that you can make from household items. One person basically said that there was some kind of "Gooning Organization" in New York and everyone swears by it because it repels precum and you can jerk with it for hours upon hours and as long as you occasionally wipe away any precum... you'll never rub yourself raw.

Oxballs for the stretcher, it's is a good brand. For rings I actually like the simple stretchy ones you get cheap off amazon, they're comfortable and easy. And I edited my comment, if you could take the time to answer the thing about lube.
