Is it all the time or just at night? I have it as well, and also take Dexedrine (primary salt in Adderall). It doesn't get me to bad during the day... Or maybe it did initially but went away... But I have it bad at night. If you don't like the dentist you can go on Amazon and get the same night guard (they have all day ones as well) for WAY less than the dentist. I've been doing the same thing and it got really bad once I started getting to a much lower dose.
Been taking 5-HTP plus serotonin and it has helped SO much with brain zaps and fogginess! Good luck :)
