The tea is out there, but Vanilla has made it a bit pricey...Amazon sells it in bulk (6 boxes)
https://www.amazon.com/Dilmah-Blueberry-Vanilla-1-41-Ounce-Boxes/dp/B005CT9GMC

and E-bay offers it in individual boxes, free shipping (but you're looking about 2-3 weeks for delivery) With a buy 4 get on free deal (even better price than 6 from Amazon...)https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dilmah-Blueberry-and-Vanilla-20-Tea-Bags-30g-1-06-Oz-Buy-4-Get-1-Free/182461682668?hash=item2a7b9053ec&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&enc=AQAEAAADAKvsXIZtBqdkfsZsMtzFbFsbX3WcW5fmB%2Fx7ZbaZTyexKWqpaQpE7SAbP38KvLWYKhAw806Ok6aUUgS2%2B31MuJKpsIHiQkez1D4ar4T%2F1KqXBpxRfGtJi1OE9%2FVPDCZWshXgjOUWtxzWkPOW0Cf6OpnNPv2orPj50paYlhixYEqnPx3POcKzKQEYKQzIZxsxfstv7%2FAV%2Fs2hSxM4tGvRqahKRHp1W1NefEp7YjZ2ARCDn5cjPnEAq%2FmKDG82Lgy%2FWMWTT216D%2BaDoUFCScxrnLwnVyLAL97DlZboagojGBLvBsBfVPs22rMmTqEFRmK0th2KwRaoICEEod0Vn%2BJPN%2F4yvE4kB8OYxdueWZo%2Bxw48cp79GZZfA8jVNziLy5JDgLn1jjqjLXnOG5Gd2oSGOAfjsLQwvi9rrzcjkZoG%2BT%2Bl2ROypPCu8ygYf0IWCASDeTR7Nl1stnYInlmkDzY5voPVYc1kTo2lI23FqC4jZLUdukQIdO4CkBrlv4bmW87bCb3XIlCaSfsXMSTlXZoVyjyuZ%2Bfyi5JV%2BxUj5YimqIHXzOPck9ndBj0M3GB6Ozx93VAOXohr10nttKRMkefMGcqcTnAgjgemZr7BmmCOqDxWZKHnaQAMCUO9eA1s50lYJI2jWpb9rZm42Mgrw2VuEMJVq2W%2FFhxz48Btz%2F8LiRNxdCU6Zp%2Bw1oexrIifPyol7wCn5OmkMucsyReQtjFhu0l2BEOy2%2B2SCy%2BKJLl8AS%2BVoq2nnUu7743CSWlouFBJN1%2B5JDbOwFUhkwzvPlnM0hZ3RW5FLI%2BkkJpwHJLLFv1Oa7WVxiiJNUukWuKjofSlZh4el9fGkxiOdZ%2FCePOgSmB0ciYp8OCfE0ntboFFjGw0ZFYCdpu8kB5AdB%2FOG%2FAoU0fAi4eEsz2Rn50lHAeRq3YA9ErLLNCikD5%2FRNmpU8oi1tftI%2BZ6SEErHItAsJGe%2FkSuIq%2BQeeEwkI7TTI4V4s2NH6WYKarkl3%2BArT2nlxslyo4Q3vKLERAVALUvp%2FvRCA%3D%3D&checksum=182461682668f329ecd1429a42a2b105e31d6b01c49d

There's also loose tea, if you're into the tea ball thing.

Rushing all day during your job is good for you, in that you do have some muscles earning their keep.
So, the question then is (getting specific), 1. What would you consider your strongest muscles. 2. Your weakest? 3. What is (are) the most difficult issues for you ATM? Strength, Flexibility, Stamina or Balance?

Your being active is good. But it's not enough, so once you target a goal, you will be better able to target the types of low-impact exercises that will help you optimally.

My wife bought the book Strong Curves and she loved it when she did it. It was an excellent program for her. She was able to do 1 hour workouts and after a few weeks she looked great! She stopped the program after 10 weeks and kinda just does her own thing based off of what she learned from it. She was relatively new to the idea of lifting and this program showed her all the basics. Hope you enjoy it! I use a similar program for men called bigger leaner stronger. The book for that program goes into more depth in regards to the most up to date science of exercise and nutrition. You may find that to be a good resource as well.

Edit: looks like there's a thinner leaner stronger program geared towards women from the BLS author. That might be worth looking into as well. Good luck!

I recently read this book and it was a good place to start for info. He discusses routines, supplements, diet and a few other things. The writing style is a little bro-y, but overall it’s mostly good info.

Before I started the routine described in this book, I did 3 months of lifting with the help of the StrongLifts 5x5 app. It’s great for beginners.

I also utilize Scott Herman’s YouTube channel for help with form and to even find out what an exercise is.

Hope this is helpful. Good luck.

Hey that's great! These stops will be a perfect spot to take a break, hydrate and get a quick snack. You should definitely make this trip a goal. I love riding long distances on my bicycle. It's a great way to get into shape, even if you find you prefer other exercises later in life, cycling is a great place to start exercising. One thing that will help you is an anti-chaffing salve. There's a bunch out there, but I like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KQV05Y4/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdb_t1_EQjXCb3WGQ20B

I looked for mine on Amazon. I got these weights and this bench

I love the weights (have to be washed after they arrive due to smell but not a big deal) the bench not as much. The seat is a little wide and that makes it hard to get up and down off of it with heavy weights. Do a bit of research, amazon has reviews you should look over in comment section.

Good luck!

I live in Salt Lake City and just ordered this to wear while walking around outside. Its Fleece and traps in the warmth from my lungs and keeps my neck, head, and lower part of my face super warm. Its also somewhat windproof. For the price, you can't beat it!

Do you have a door? Sounds like a silly question I know but why not use something like this?

I usually buy this one, https://www.amazon.com/Vega-Sport-Electrolyte-Hydrator-0-15oz/dp/B005QDXR2E

But you could just try putting a pinch or two of salt in your water. See if that fixes your issue first.

This might be a shameless plug but I recently published a book that does exactly that. Freeweight Training

I do not like push-ups anyways because they crush the wrists, and I'm very efficiency-minded, too. You only have two things to buy:

  1. a thick (yoga?) mat (unless you already have one, or have a thickly carpeted floor)
  2. an Iron Gym for pull-ups (believe me, this awesome tool is worth every penny for spinal decompression alone)

Do these whole-body exercises to hit every single muscle core in your body:

  • planks (this video shows many kinds, but just plank #1 is all you need; the rest are for variation if you get bored) – hold the pose for just one minute (if you have low back pain, you can also try wall planks, though these are not for strengthening)
  • pull-ups on the Iron Gym (gradually work your way up to 10 pull-ups within 10 minutes over the months)
  • reverse sit-ups (this is just an example; you can play around with how/whether you bend your legs at all)
  • run in place on the mat for 50-100 steps (very little movement; no need to lift your legs wildly), for cardio between reps of the above exercises (just pick 1 a day; you don't need to do all 3), and you will eventually be super-buff in <10 minutes a day!

Warning: this is an exhausting exercise regime (it's as close as you can get to your magical workout), but it takes very little time per day. Do it just before you shower each night so you can get the sweat off quickly if you prefer. I need to exercise more as well (and I really, really, really dislike sweat, lol). Maybe we can be accountability partners in our weekly regimes! Lastly, other than the running/whatever you'd like to do for cardio, none of these motions should be quick. Take your time.
