Leg Avenue has a cheap one that doesn't have all the straps. BodyZone also sells one with the straps but not the matching g-string.
The original photo is a Playmate's publicity shot from 2018 so odds are good you can still find this design on the market somewhere, but it could be really cheap lingerie that's on and off the market in a heartbeat. Good luck.
