Even if you don't cook anything from it it's definitely a fun little book to have; you can get it for less than $2

Frasier: "at KACL" - mic & headphones. Get a mic brace, you might be able to hide the brace with the jacket lapels (especially if the jacket's also black) so the mic looks like it's on an invisible desk. Add headphones & a KACL mug. Bonus: if you include a briefcase, pull out a Jack Russell terrier stuffy. Set it down nearby to "stare" at Frasier.

Niles: definitely suspenders; sherry glass or Cafe Nervosa mug. Flip phone to take calls from Maris. If you include a briefcase, pull out a cockatoo stuffy and place on head.

This. They are in no way identifying who they are. Psychiatrists and psychologists write books about their experiences with patients all the time. A couple that I've read are The Road Less Traveled by M. Scott Peck, M.D. and The Man Who Mistook His Wife as a Hat by Oliver Sacks. That's two fairly well-known ones, but there are probably hundreds of thousands out there.
