There is a shelf bra underneath for support. It's a little tight on me, which gives me support but also HUGE cleavage but is otherwise very comfortable and flattering
I've had the best luck with Freya brand bikinis. The halter style ones don't look like bras (but halters also kill my neck so I usually go for the bra style ones). Kind of expensive if you buy from Bravissimo or BareNecessities but I mostly buy them off eBay for like $20-30 for the top then I just use a cheap bottom from like Target.

Usually an XL I wanted an oversized cropped look and still got it from this one size fits all sweater!! Its cheaper now than last year so I'm gonna stock up
