Why not just pair your G502 with the G13 Programmable Gameboard?
I've actually paired the G13 with my G600, so I have access to a ton of buttons, but you could easily just pair the G13 with your G502, and still play MMOs. I played WoW, The Secret World, Everquest, Guild Wars 2, FF14, etc. Since I played a healer type, I needed a crapton of buttons.
The G13 is like a mini keyboard, but for your left hand. I love the thing. The directional pad, and the analog switch adds a lot of additional flexibility, on top of the keypads. It was way more useful than my Logitech programmable keyboard, which is really too huge.
edit: typos.
I have the Roccat Taito Mid Size 3MM mouse pad. It's been great. I've used it for well over a year now and it still looks almost new. It also feels pretty good under my G502 and my palm. https://www.amazon.com/ROCCAT-TAITO-Mid-Size-Gaming-Mousepad/dp/B001FVW6DM
I recommend a large mouse pad. I always used the little ones that fit nicely beside my keyboard, until I got an extra wide one that could hold my keyboard, mouse, extra space on both sides and top and bottom. It takes up a lot of space but it's amazing! Let me see if I can't find the one I have, I'm on mobile so it's a little harder....
Edit: [Here] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01798VS4C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_3YpZAb4KAXQ49) is the link!
Oops! MX series was an OLD gaming line. Got mixed up. Maybe look into something like this? https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-910-001204-Corded-Mouse-M500/dp/B002B3YCQM/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1488310329&sr=1-1&keywords=m500 I used one for a few years even for pretty heavy gaming, and I personally really liked the shape.
I've been using these for over a year now and they feel great. Easy install and everything, just make sure you peel off the plastic covers before use.
What you probably need is a larger mouse pad, something like the qck +.
(Edit)forgot to add, here is a great video on sensitivity by adren.
Mouse Skatez / Mouse Feet for Logitech G502 Laser Mouse(2 sets of replacement mice feet) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00V8IV33Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_2V56ojtLOE1OX
I bought these went on great sized correctly and you get 2 sets for like $10
I'd recommend Amazon over ebay for something like this, you're more likely to get a consistent product from the actual listed vendor. Here's an example of a good one, I got these shortly after I got my Spectrum and they've been great, very smooth without slipping, though they are cut just a smidge small (which seems to be a common issue) so some dust gets in the edges, but not enough to change how the mouse moves.
Yes then its a go, just figured by the vagueness of your question and your username that you might not be looking for a mouse for gaming.
Edit: Mine costed around $40 bucks on a good sale. Currently $50 on amazon
I bought them from amazon I’ll get the link later. They Arent a name brand but they are better than stock imo
Edit: skates i bought
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00V8IV33Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1504165704&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=g502+mouse+feet
Those are the ones I got when my g502s feet wore down. It comes with 2 sets and they are great.
I agree with that, but a ton of others s s also look normal. I like it. You don't have to.
https://www.amazon.com/D2FC-F-7N-Switch-Microswitch-Switches-Logitech/dp/B00HPL57JQ/
if you don't have soldering equipment you can swap the leaf spring from the new switch into the old. it won't be as reliable as replacing the switch but it should get you going. it might help to file the corrosion off the contacts when you have the switch open too.
I use this facial cleaner called Cetaphil. I remember I bought a fitbit and in the instruction it said to use it to clean the rubbery wristband. I also use it to clean like sex toys and stuff similar to the material on the mouse. It's somewhat expensive, but you can find little travel bottles for not that much online.

Same here! I come from the Speedlink Decus, which looks quite a lot like your previous mouse.
If anything, there are replacement pads you can buy as a last hope option
feet
New skates- what kind of mouse pad a few months seems rather short unless you work from home and also game/heavily use it otherwise-https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00V8IV33Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I went through some replacement skates in 8-9 months but I do both of the above, this things got some distance on it.
edited- guess I didn't get the double thick last time from my amazon history, no wonder these seemed to erode so fast, last time I had the double thick- I would look for those if you use it heavily like I mentioned.
Not sure if your still looking for one but Amazon is selling them now for $60!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019OB663A/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687762&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B00IRHE892&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=7DFJ7NHE6BF75TGWV56H
I use a wrist rest that keeps my wrist strait and this little notch does not bother me in the slightest.
I do recommend a wrist rest, but not the Vespula. The 'control' side is bubbling up and the 'speed' side is slower than the 'control'. I only keep it because of the wrist rest and the size of the mouse area.

This one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01798VS4C - No reason in particular. Feels smooth and "glides" better than on my wood desk.

Replace all your cups with these, it will be cheaper.
I’m in the same boat. I was considering pouring a bunch of the smallest split shot weights I could find in the bottom where the weights go, but idk
On Amazon! I think it may have sold out though. :/

^ UK Amazon price is £129.99, will be buying on Logitech's website so I can use the 25% student discount (from Studentbeans), so excited to replace my proteus core!
EDIT: Can't seem to use the promo code, doesn't work when I add it on checkout for the g502, but does for other mice? Anyone else having the same problem?
