Take a deep breath.

You are just overwhelming yourself and over-thinking the whole thing.
As you know, GAMSAT is all about 'Reasoning' - So, for section 3, all the answers are there for you to figure out. Any knowledge you have on a subject is there to cut through all the lingo, so you can figure out the relevant information quickly without getting bogged down in long words.

Sounds like you are not too long out of school, so you'd be more revising stuff rather than learning new stuff. Maybe pick up an A-level Chemistry and Organic Chemistry revision book.

Don't focus TOO hard on remembering facts, Your section 3 score is pretty good so it's just a bit of polish.

As for section 1 - It's gonna be.. Just do practice questions. Maybe get a UMAT (or old UKCAT) question book like this as it tests similar critical thinking skills.

As for section 2 - It might be worth considering using some of the 'Marking' resources offered by a few of the online GAMSAT resources.
Sorry to say bud, but the best way to practice is to put pen to paper.
I think once you start reviewing some of the Chem stuff, the train will start rolling, you'll feel like you are making positive steps which will clear your mind a bit and get cracking with those essays.

Okay.... So there is no official syllabus for the gamsat section 3.

I sat the Gamsat first time and only scored a 50. I didn't study too much. The next time I sat the Gamsat I scored 61. I know this still isn't a high enough score for Med, however I am confident for this upcoming september Gamsat and I have come a long way.

I did not do a prep course as I think they are WAY too overpriced... the pass gamsat one costs about $6000... my friend bought it and was so disappointed in the quality of the course (YES, DR TOM AND HIS PUSHY SALES TEAM STRIKE AGAIN WITH THEIR PHONE CALLS!!! SO MANY STUDENTS FALL FOR THESE STANDOVER TACTICS AND I HAVNT HEARD ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THEIR PREP COURSE... EVER!)

Anyway....

I used the Des O Neill S1 practice textbook. It cost me $200 from gumtree.com. This is good for practice questions for section....Make sure you try to get updated versions (newer than 2015).

2. I also have the Acegamsat study bibles. I got these for $147 for all 8 of the books. These do not have too many section 1 questions (hence I got the above resource)... but i really learnt a lot about section 3 and i believe these books are the best for section 3 knowledge if you have no experience learning the sciences.

Other ESSENTIAL RESOURCES:

  • THE MEANING OF THINGS - BY AC GRAYLING (this is perfect for ideas for section 2)

  • 4 x ACER Practice papers are also a must. Two of the papers cost $54 each and the other two papers cost $27 each.

You are obviously new to gamsat because many other prep resources are mentioned all the time on this reddit and in other student forums. Des is the oldest which is why it probably gets mentioned most but the company no longer exists it stopped years ago and the materials are now considered a bit out of date.

Griffiths Gamsat Review also gets a lot a mention and is regarded as one of the better resources available at the moment.

Gamsat prep and gold standard are the same thing, it also gets a lot of mention although feedback is more mixed than for Gamsat review, but the videos they have on Youtube are useful.

Those three are the top ones, then there are many others which are not regarded so highly for example AceGamsat that doesn't get such good reviews, they used to also sell their books on Amazon but mainly had one star reviews so I think they took most of them down now because it was obviously embarrassing, for example: The Gamsat Bible

Here. The essay guide was made by a Canadian. I'm sorry.

Alternatively. There's a Canadian version of this book too.

Try the ACER material sample questions (blue book). See how you go. Then make adjustments to your study plan. Try ebay for Des O'Neill books. I reckon you only need the Science Revision, Science MCQs, and Humanities MCQs books.
