I happened to discover this game by chance just the other day and started to do some more research about it. It’s based on a lot of other WWII hex-based games, just with a Girls und Panzer skin on it. Actions are performed with cards and attacking is determined by dice rolls.

Unfortunately I can’t find it anywhere other than Amazon to buy it from, and it costs about $20 (also, keep in mind that with used magazines, supplemental materials are not guaranteed to be included; check with the seller to confirm before purchasing).


I just bought mine the other day, so I can’t share much more, but I thought there would be people here that are interested in playing it. If anyone else has played it or has other resources not mentioned here, I would love to know more.

I'm also new here btw, so I'll take this opportunity to say hello. I actually tried looking for a Girls und Panzer subreddit several months ago and couldn't find one for some reason, but I'm glad I found it now.

I understand that this post will likely be downvoted because of OP's choice to choose iTunes as his/her platform for watching Anime/GUP...

I'm only saying this because I really can't/don't understand personally why anyone would download or buy from iTunes... No offense. I cannot add to the actual issue-at-hand since I do not use iTunes as OP does. Hopefully someone else can help you if they do know, best of luck.

Most anime that have the dubs will also have the original with subtitles.

As for the scanlators translations, here's the /ak/ wiki site for GuP. though there's dead links to the chapters posted there and you can only download. If you only want to read the chapters: there's the Batoto website where you can read most of the current GuP manga translated by /ak/. You just have to register an account there to read them though.

This may be the one I got but Amazon lists several Tamiya Panther Gs and all have the rounded hatch I think. Also my model does indeed have an opening hatch on the front. It occured to me.
