Congrats on the new SP!
I couldn’t find a nintendo one from a quick search but I got this one off amazon and I’m happy with the quality so far. It came with a charger cable so it seemed like a decent price.

Hey I was just thinkin' about this and I thought if you're looking for a (probably) easier battery mod, you might wanna look into getting one of These

Pretty cheap and it's USB type C so it might be a better solution that you can still use the battery from what you already bought with it.

Well it won't work for the manuals but I keep mine in a binder using the trading card sleeves. You can fit 2 per slot, or 18 per page.

Edit: You can also fit one GB/GBC cart per slot if you have any of those to store as well.

I think im planning on buying a battery replacement on amazon. I think im sure its a battery issue. Which one would be the best for me?

I was thinking this one

I would scrub it with a metal polish like Brite Boy on a q-tip. Then I would clear it off with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush, then wipe it with a microfiber rag.

Pretty much. I believe mine is actually this one https://www.amazon.com/Booster-Electric-Connection-Enhancer-Lubricant/dp/B0002BBVN2 - but i assume most any electric contact cleaner would suffice.

this is similar bundle i got, though i didn't have the new gba screen and both the connectors. This should be all you need to do the work plus a soldering iron to solder the screen power wire to the board.

If you look at the customer reviews people have stood by it. Some people said the was dead on arrival, but I'm curious to know if they hooked the screen up right on the board.

Hey! I have this same issue right now with my copy. Seems like the rumbles are all about to die! Haha

I'm working on a video about how to fix it (YT:fossilarcade) but I think this is the motor you need. Just need to desolder the faulty on off and replace it with this. I've not got around to it yet, but will carry out some tests and repairs in a few days.
