I'm a side sleeper as well and found that i can sleep better on my back when I have the head of my mattress propped up. Look for a large wedge pillow such as this ( https://www.amazon.com/Abco-Tech-Wedge-Pillow-Memory/dp/B07CSH9DLR/ref=asc_df_B07CSH9DLR/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=283935853333&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3084581724008948855&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-521492536786&psc=1 ). You can get ones that are more of a pillow like this one, or you can get ones that are meant as a wedge to put under your mattress, but if you don't have anyone that can assist you with getting it under your mattress, the pillow would be a better solution.
Here’s a link for Amazon for the one I take it’s not amazing tasting, but it’s ok. (None of the samples I’ve tried are what I’d call “good tasting.”) It’s all in one, so you just take one chewable/dissolvable tablet four times daily. I do it with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at bedtime. I like it because I don’t have to remember a bunch of different vitamins and I auto-subscribe, so Amazon just sends me a bottle every month on the same day.

The caffeinated ones, I’m sure. But there are a zillion flavors out there. My favorite happen to be [lemonade ](MiO Lemonade Liquid Water Enhancer , Caffeine Free, 1.62 fl oz Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007GE42P2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_dPgSDb88EN7VK) and [orange vanilla](Mio Vitamins Orange Vanilla (Pack of 4) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01838F9XS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_LQgSDb0HYPM90).
You are right though, Mio has caffeinated drinks that you’d want to avoid, like [these Mio Energy flavors.](Mio Energy Water Enhancement - Variety (Pack of 4) Strawberry Pineapple Smash, Tropical Fusion, Acai Berry Storm and Wicked Blue Citrus https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017Z8900K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_6SgSDb38D242D)
And more to my point before, I mentioned Mio because it’s so well known. When I actually looked for them in the store I was genuinely surprised at how many flavors and brands there were. Most of them (or a lot, anyway) are carb-free.
Edit: I seem to have messed up the inline coding for the links. I’m too lazy to fix it, though.
I had a surgery myself and I find this useful due to all the supplements I take...

I just have to sort them once a week, and it helps to remind me when to take what, which is somewhat daunting right after surgery

It's expensive but a luxury I allow myself for my sanity
