Yeah, I tend to agree. I own several Glocks (ok, so I am obsessed) and the stock sights are bold and easy to pick up when target shooting. I added some truglo sights to a couple of mine and have been happy with them, too. I actually like those over the standard Glock tritium sights.
I pocket carry a G26 every day, and that is the identical size. I use this pocket holster, with spare 10 round magazine in it: http://www.amazon.com/Pocket-Roo-Holster-Frame-340PD-GL2627/dp/B004WUNGD2
It's a bit thick, but I prefer it that way, more ammo and the ability to reload to a 17 round magazine if I choose is worth it. The thickness makes it so you can clearly see something is in the pocket, but it doesn't look like a gun. If anyone asks i'll just say it's an e-reader, but no one has ever asked in over 1 year of daily carry.
I would never carry a .380. If you want to go single stack, the LC9 and the Kahr CM9 are good choices.
