This is the one we got a few months ago.

Nine Stars Trash Can/Recycler, Infrared Touchless Automatic Motion Sensor Lid, Stainless Steel, 18.5-Gallon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0031M9H30/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_v0fgub1JJCXKY

It's pricey but I love it. The stickers on the front easily peel off if they aren't to your taste. It's big enough to fit the large trash bags and the bags tuck under a removable ring so they don't sink to the bottom of the can. Also makes it super easy for recycling as it's separated from the regular waste. It does an awesome job keeping stinky smells inside. If you can get over the large footprint and price tag, I'd definitely recommend it. I'll never go back to my standard trash can that was full after throwing away one or two milk jugs.

Check this system out. I recently installed a similar system for a client. 480 TVL is the typical entry level camera resolution. Zmodo is easy to install and there is a ton of support in forums. Of course I installed a 1tb zmodo system with 8 dome cameras. Wired is definitely the way to go. I recommend installing a battery backup as well. Youll want to make sure you have internet and a router hooked up at the house.

Here is a link to a decent cheap battery backup: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000FBK3QK/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1374986911&sr=8-2&pi=SL75

Let me know if you have any questions ill be happy to answer any you have. Also if ya end up installing this type of system make sure to tell your insurance company they usually give you a nice discount.

Yes. Make sure you turn off the breaker. If you want to feel extra comfortable turn off all the circuits haha. Or get a circuit tester like this: http://www.amazon.com/Klein-Tools-NCVT-2-Non-Contact-Voltage/dp/B004FXJOQO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1426008999&sr=8-3&keywords=circuit+tester

I HIGHLY recommend a latex mattress topper. We went through numerous memory foam mattress toppers, all of which didn't last long and quickly developed "divots." A friend of mine (who used to be a massage therapist) recommended a latex mattress topper. We've had ours for several years now and it is still SO comfortable! Here is the one that we have:

I've got one like this that is well reviewed and I like it. Probably the best Goodwill find I've had. Got it for $40 and these were going for $200 at the time.

I have a hot water bottle that I fill every night about an hour before bed. This is the one I have: http://www.amazon.com/Transparent-Classic-Hot-Water-Bottle/dp/B000MR5RBI/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1421280361&sr=8-4&keywords=hot+water+bottle

It gets everything nice and toasty and is actually still warm when I wake up in the morning. I heat an electric kettle with water and it fits about the same amount of water that the hot water bottle uses.

I also use a down comforter, with another one on top. In addition to that, I have two dogs that sleep with me and keep everything nice and toasty.

I have used a frame like this before and it worked great

Something like this would work: https://www.amazon.com/3M-Repair-Compound-Self-Adhesive-Sanding/dp/B06Y4682NF or https://www.amazon.com/3M-Patch-Primer-Self-Adhesive-Sanding/dp/B00IOQKUQG/

(Drywall repair kits can also be purchased at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.)

Do you have leftover paint for touch-up?

Have you tried one made like this one ?

Typically you put those on the wall where the doorknob makes contact-- it prevents it from punching a hole in the drywall. Is there another doorknob that contacts that door in that exact spot?

Here they are on Amazon.

It's also possible that somebody used them to cover holes or damage? Are they in the same spot on every door?
