https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00HJZJI84 provides enough power for sata ssd or some 2.5 disks, but if you're mobile you don't want those anyway. for wifi/bt best bet is the m.2 card, the one I have isn't supported but I just use ethernet.
the jetson nano is a 3.3v device you will need to output 5v if the device you are using needs 5v with one of these level converters:

if its a 3.3v device then maybe make sure you have a correct pullup resistor On your device.
How "portable" does this need to be? I'm running an RC crawler with my Jetson Nano and an Intel D435 and I'm using a spare 3s lipo and one of these transformers with a barrel jack on the output. I haven't had any issues so far.
This is what I'm using:
- Some old Crucial 128GB SSD.

If you opt for WiFi USB be careful because "WiFi USB with Linux Drivers" doesn't mean "WiFi USB with ARM64 Linux Drivers", from 4 different WiFi USBs devices I have here only 1 worked. I moved to m.2 WiFi+BT card because the WiFi+SSD(+Linux on the SSD, +Keyboard+Mouse) over USB was unstable and the system locked frequently forcing a full reboot.
