I got about 7k out of my OEM. I tried the JIT, and will never do another (broke, and not at the master link). I went with a heavier chain this last time and it's been awesome - more than 12k on it now, very little adjustments needed, and no kinking so far.

FWIW, I have the OEM sprockets still on at 30K and they both still look good. When it comes time to get new sprockets, I will be going with OEM again.

Comprehensive list. Really thorough. I backpack more than motocamp, and see no glaring omissions. I would make only one suggestion. I prefer the accordion aluminum tables over the fabric topped ones. Things fall over less on the flatter one. YMMV [](Coleman Compact Folding Table https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005G0XFEM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apu_mlWMBbCKJQY1J) ...also think about packing out garbage and carrying misc stuff you find/buy along the way. Good luck!

Thanks! I used this panel from Amazon. along with a 3d printed spacer thats the same profile as the panel bezel so that it would protrude a bit from the console (I can provide the file if you want). I drilled a hole for the LED. Then wire the battery to the switches, and the switches to the panel/LED.

Sorry, I'm new to this. What did you mean by "wire it in"? Are there other options besides going to the battery directly?

Here's the one I got. I don't know that I'd want to have to fill my tires from 0, but for adding 10 or 15 psi after some light off-roading it's totally manageable. Remember that bicycle tires go up to like 110psi, so they have no problem with getting a tire to 42psi. It just takes a little time.
