I like the ones from kids, and Howard Storm.

But, as someone who researched thousands of them for a book, the problem is none of them are complete. It's very strange to me, but when you read through a hundred or more you start to get a very compelling picture of what it's like.

But you can also learn something. It's like everyone brings back one little nugget of information. A piece of information about what it looks like in Heaven. Another small piece of information about how we are supposed to live our lives.

When I wrote my book, my intention was to try to bring all of those little bits, into one comprehensive experience.

It was incredibly difficult and thought it's gotten a few good reviews, I feel like it just can't be done perfectly.

Those of us interested in NDEs also seem to have a tendency to stay away from the hellish ones. But those are often very informational as well.

Almost all of them are amazing. The most amazing? I don't think there is one. But there are certainly a few that can be put together to teach us a lot about life and death.

Link to my book below. It's not exactly Les Miserable, or some other great work of fiction. But I did learn a lot writing it.

I'll add that the second most common reason people are angry at Christians is because many of them have dumbed God down and those of us with any other type of spiritual inclination find that insufficient.

It really is a tragedy that abusive father narrative is what people come away with. Not your fault, but that's the Fundamentalist (American Conservative) version of Christianity, not all Christianity.

Jesus' crucifixion has a lot more in common with Obi Wan Kenobi at the end of Star Wars (not unintentional) than an abusive father. "Strike me down and I shall become more powerful than you can ever imagine," Obi Wan says. Lucas, being a big fan of Joseph Campbell, knew that was powerful for Western audiences.

Many of us believe Jesus was God in human form (Trinity), showing us His true self and showing us how to live. Jesus was victorious on the Cross, having endured and ultimately conquering all of the negative things humans could conjure up and transcended them. God is love (1 John 4:8). Jesus allowed himself to be crucified to show us love could not be conquered. He was right. Who won the day? Despite the crucifixion and the hundreds of years of Christian persecution by the Romans, Jesus won. The cross is a sign of victory. Haven't you ever wondered why we waive around an instrument of torture? Because the worst that humanity could throw at the embodiment could not defeat it.

If you ever want to know more I strongly suggest a scholarly textbook about the Bible that takes into account the historical context and the Jewish/Greco-Roman context in which these things were written. They often meant very different things to the audiences for which they were written than they do today. You have to have the context.

Strassman's book, DMT: The Spirit Molecule is interesting. I am sure drugs are imperfect (not trustworthy re: the way people respond to them - and, our brains are very delicate and I do NOT suggest hallucinogenics to anyone - to each their own) and this book shows that angle. I've not read it in a while, but recall people had some strange experiences that were not in the usual categories of NDEs, and I'd call them drug experiences, not NDE experiences.

Very good reply.
Very Good.

Even in this world, we have Wikipedia, in the real world they have something that here we have a name for call the akashic record.

And we as Gods doesn't need to "sit down and read", think Borg from Star Trek, you can just download the data.

There could be something to learn from experiences that have never been before, but look at the most basic premise of this Mankind game here.

I think by now most can agree that there are some general consensus.
Hungry = bad.
Happy = Good.
Pain = Bad
Orgasm = Good.
Some basic BASIC premise here.

The justification for re-experiencing hunger when one could just go on the akashic record and download the experience from infinite experiences from other infinite lifetimes from ALL the difference soul's lifetimes combined is rather mute.

Something else is at work here.

My guide told me that there are spirits who have never and choose NOT TO play Earth.exe
[WHICH BY THE WAY have MANY forks/copies/variations/versions which I wrote about here in my book:

From what I've gathered we don't hang around there very long, although it is up to us when to go back. I believe we can do all of the things you list in your post, including sex, but it's different.

You might consider reading Seth Speaks as it really dives into the nuts and bolts of both sides.
