They've already been posted above, but I'm running 19 on two separate laptops. One is a 12 year old dell business laptop that I have Linux on because windows was too slow. The other is running on a mobile processor with 4GB RAM.
This is the newer laptop I'm running 19 on. I just haven't gotten 20 yet, but it should run just as good.

That said... the game does build up quite a memory stack, even on computers with lots of RAM and fast processors. Just think about how many statistics and box scores it's coming up with every time you simulate a single day. I have a general rule of thumb that if I have the game running for more than 3 hours, I just save and close the program out. Then I can choose to either be productive or just open it back up.

I'm a big fan of Three Nights in August: Strategy, Heartbreak, and Joy Inside the Mind of a Manager by Buzz Bissinger, the guy that wrote Friday Night Lights.
"Three Nights in August captures the strategic and emotional complexities of baseball's quintessential form, the three-game series. As the St. Louis Cardinals battle their archrival Chicago Cubs, we watch from the dugout through the eyes of legendary manager Tony La Russa, considered by many to be the shrewdest mind in the game today."
