these are really great for sleeping. I have the 2XL. The band was a little big, but they served their purpose -- protect the nipples and support the boobs. The goal here is to have some support and nipple protection (rather than just having your sleep shirt rubbing them all night, a sleep bra won't rub), so a perfect fit isn't super important (or at least it wasn't to me).

these are also good. I'm pretty sure you could find these at walmart/target.

One note -- chances are your boobs are going to get bigger, both during the rest of your pregnancy and when your milk comes in (assuming you'll be BFing). This is not the time to invest major cash in a bra. Consider these disposable and budget accordingly! And finally -- yes, mine stopped hurting in the second tri last time. I still slept with a sleep bra on because they were huge and needed wrangling! I'm sorry yours are super sore right now -- I think a sleep bra will help.

I was told some of the twisting abdominal poses in regular yoga could cause placental abruption later in pregnancy. That might be what they meant? Prenatal yoga, however, should be safe.
There are a lot of options for prenatal yoga on YouTube. I bought this prenatal DVD set. There's a different DVD for each trimester which I really like.
I'm struggling with exercise myself though. I'm normally a distance runner, but my mom's culture believes even brisk walking is bad for the baby. They pretty much encourage bed rest for 9 months, and she's making me feel really guilty for trying to be active. I know I'll need to make decisions best for me and my kids, but I'm struggling a bit with the culture clash. My mom's my best friend, and she comes from a place of love, it's just messing with me though...

Ok so I spent a lot of time yesterday researching and for now have settled on this travel system by maxi cosi. I love that the car seat has a rebound bar for extra safety. And it's just so lovely! Expensive, so it would be a hopeful registry item.

We aren't going with that announcement, but here is the teether. They have a gameboy one as well. :)

It’s very thin but I fold it up to give it like a thin cracker crunch. My husband thinks I’m crazy but I’ve always enjoyed the taste.

Annie Chun’s Organic Seasalt Seaweed Snacks is one of my faves. I typically find them in my grocery store for $1/each sometimes less. They have other flavors but I haven’t tried them.

I take [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Prenatal-Omega-Fish/dp/B0019LT6BS). I like that I only have to swallow one pill instead of two like with Nordic Naturals and the level of DHA is the same.

Its soft and plush and lets me create a little nest to sleep in. I have chronic joint pain even before pregnancy so I'm hoping it lets me sleep more comfortably.

I'm not the type to follow through with a journal, but I did once have a line-a-day journal that I kept up for awhile (like not even a whole year haha) and I see they have a mom version - so I might spring for one of those.

Yup I ordered these off amazon, they have an absorbant pad. I haven't had to use one yet, but I felt close today.

I feel you on the public transit issue. I found I HAVE to sit in a forward facing seat, which means staying on the slower train instead of transferring 1/2 way to a fast one, because it only has sideways seats (which are hard to get) and tends to smell worse. There's a nicer moving commuter train I can take, but its hard for me to catch in the morning and is a mile walk to my office. I'll take it home sometimes. Part of me just want to start driving, but I'm so tired and would get mad in traffic, plus the weather has been snowy and I don't like driving in that. The elevator ride up to my floor nearly did me in this morning.
