I came here to post this - glad you got it already!

You can preorder from the Google Store, Amazon 1 pack, 3 pack, Best Buy 1 pack, 3 pack, or Walmart.

They'll ship on December 6th.

I bought this switch to go along with my OnHub: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A121WN6.

I have the Hue bridge plugged into it as well as some other Ethernet devices. Works great.

I have Verizon FIOS gigabit internet and I too had the same router you did and I had lag. I purchased the EdgeRouter Lite 3 port router and all my issues went away. Heres the link to the site https://www.ubnt.com/edgemax/edgerouter-lite/ Heres the link to the amazon page I ordered from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CPRVF5K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 My setup is EdgeRouter 3> Netgear Gigabit Switch>(2) Google OnHubs one on either side of my house and this setup works well. All my other machines are hard wired to the Netgear Switch. If you do decide to get the EdgeRouter 3 make sure before you disconnect your old router that you release the DHCP lease and then unplug it right after that way when you plug the new router in it will pull a new DHCP lease.
Also I'm assuming your have Ethernet from the ONT? Hope this helps :)

"This is my setup: Cable->modem->OnHub-> This switch ->all Ethernet connected devices & WiFi pucks"

Do you have the pucks connect via ethernet to the switch, or are they just connecting via the OnHub Wifi for the mesh system?

I ask, because what you're describing sounds like a feedback loop in the switch. (See Spanning Tree Protocol). This would definitely be the case if you have the OnHub in front of the switch and the pucks behind the switch. If the pucks are connected to the switch via ethernet, disconnect the ethernet feeding the pucks from the switch.

I think there was a thread a month or two back with the same question, you can pbb see more answers there.

I've been using the Zoom 5341J for 3 years and so far it has been able to keep up with Comcast's speed increases in my area. I'm on "Blast" tier and get about 180 down 10 up. They're well reviewed and cheap on Amazon:

You could also put your Netgear in bridge mode (modem only) and hold off until DOCSIS 3.1 hardware and service starts rolling out.

This is what I ended up getting

Should be ok right?

> Is it true that I can replace adapter with any USB-C type connector at 19V 1.75A?

No idea, I just use a plug adapter.

You want a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, with 8 x 4 channel bonding. This one fits the bill, and it's $47 shipped when you "clip" the $10 coupon in the listing: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004UGG5KE/ref=vp_c_A8U8EMKS81HDC?tag=slickdeals&ascsubtag=323057c2a65f11e5a3a0626d4d7f19930000&ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I have just two of these bulbs with my OnHub, but I haven't had any disconnect issues. I have noticed occasionally that Google Home will tell me that one of the lights is not connected, but it still turns on/off with it's sibling (a pair for the kitchen).
