I'm a bit late to the party here but I figured I should comment anyways. I haven't bought the stacking kit for this case since I didn't need to stack multiple Pis, but I did get the case itself for my new B+ and this thing is solid as heck. I thought it would feel cheaper than it does, it's quite a nice case if you needed good airflow and/or didn't mind open sides.
I for one am quite happy with the black case from OneNineDesign.

An engineering friend of mine suggested buying a powered USB DAC (digital to analogue converter) for any computer when you are using it as an analogue source, as the built in ones for sound cards are almost always poor.
