I’ve been on these for four months now, and for someone with IBS, they’ve been fucking amazing. I’m reacting to less foods now (I’m gluten and dairy intolerant). I’m super regular. Bathroom time is a breeze. And I feel less “inflamed” overall, fwiw.
I’ve had IBS for a decade, and must have tried hundreds of probiotics, probiotics, HSO’s... I’m shocked that these have worked so well and haven’t pooped out on me yet (pun intended).
Anyhoo, THESE are the ones OP is referring to. Hope they help others as much as they’ve helped me and my happy tummy!

I finally checked out your site. I had no idea there were supposed to be side effects when taking probiotics. I never had sides when I took a multi-strain probiotic:

I think it was because it was a time-release probiotic.
