I would recommend something like this beard trimmer. Just my opinion, I think it looks better not bald but with some hair and the trimmer lets you adjust the length of cut that you want so it looks nice and even. Of course, be careful with the trimmer since it is made to cut anything in its blade, even skin. Then I would suggest a Gillette razor on the scrotum since, again my opinion, I think it's looks nicer without hair. I really wouldn't recommend an electric razor for pubic or scrotum hair but I don't like them in general either. If you really are planning to use just an electric razor for your whole genital area trimming......then I guess I didn't answer your question. Lol.
