These are what I used last winter when I worked in a freezing grocery store. They're running gloves but extremely light and somehow really warm and have good dexterity too. I got them at costco but here they are on amazon. Not water proof though, so not good for rain but good for cold outdoor exercise. Like I would go walk my dog in like 40 degree weather in the evening and be good with them.

First, I want to say that I understand what you are going through. I live in the Midwest and I've had Raynaud's phenomenon for fourteen years. I have tried numerous gloves in the past but found that fingerless gloves left my fingertips freezing. I have found that wearing Arthritis Compression Gloves help me better than wearing super tick gloves. The gloves help me because the gloves keep my fingers from touching each other. When I have flare-ups, I find it more painful when my fingers touch. You can find the gloves I wear on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0786YCMDT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The wife and I both have it and live in the Midwest. As of recently I purchased a couple warmers

Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Outdoors-Way-Rechargeable-Handwarmer-Flashlight/dp/B01A2PERJW/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1549070656&sr=8-8&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=rechargeable+hand+warmer&dpPl=1&dpID=41wjVH2QDFL&ref=plSrch

Previously I was using the Zippo fuel based ones for extreme temperature days, but these work great even in the -35 gusts that we just had. UGGs with the lining work best for feet, but honestly it's just a matter of time before my toes go numb.

Edit: didn't answer question

No. Not the worst but I notice that the less weight you carry the less insulation you have, therefore the quicker you get cold. So the pain, speed and legnth (time) is more noticeable now than in years past.

I got some Volt slippers last year and they are amazing. I lost the charger during the summer, though, and am still searching. In the meantime I bought some socks from Amazon that have little battery packs in them. The tops of the toes stay heated and that's enough for me!

The store where I got the slippers is awesome - https://www.thewarmingstore.com/

edit: add link to socks - there are several brands and varieties though - https://www.amazon.com/GLOBAL-VASION-Rechargeable-Battery-Chronically/dp/B01M679XOM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1542004709&sr=8-4&keywords=battery+heated+socks&dpID=51refIJt4EL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

These gloves are cheap ($14), warm, comfortable, and waterproof. These $20 slippers are the best I've owned.

Fingerless compression gloves like these make a huge difference for me.

I have the same sensitivity to cold as you. I need to wear a sweatshirt or sweater to eat yogurt ( I live in Minnesota where winters are brutal) I have chillblains on my left foot. Things that have helped me are getting really warm shoes ( which I have had to buy about 2 sizes bigger than my usual to accommodate very thick socks.) The boots are Sorel and socks from Llbean. Also applying a thicklayer of Vaseline on your feet before putting socks on helps. I also find using gel socks at night, before bed is making a tremendous difference. It was 0 degrees Fahrenheit today when I waited outside to pick up my daughter and my feet were not cold at all but my fingers started throbbing in pain because I only wore thin driving gloves.
These are the gel socks I use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O81S77A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kHKYDb8PK7KRA
I don't know where you live and if you need one but for winter I finally got myself a down coat that goes down to my knees. Makes a world of difference to people like us.
