I would definitely recommend finding a business to do it for you though... I'm told it's not an easy installation
Before I forget, you'll want some of this. It's the stuff that revitalises your seals and cures (or prevents) the T-Top leak as well as reduces wind noise. It's a godsend and done the moon-roof on my E34 as well as the T-Tops on an '87 AW11. Seriously worth a bottle.
Based on the paint job I assume it's a sleeper designed to take on these.

A lot of hardware stores sell tools that will take off basically any lug nut. They're sold as "emergency lug not removal tools" or whatever.
